I'd like to humbly ask you to pray for me and especially my sister who will be giving me one of her kidneys tomorrow, god bless her and her family. While this is a fairly routine procedure, it sure doesn't seem that way as the day draws near. I just pray that she makes a swift recovery and has no complications.

Just as people were healed in Peter's shadow near the temple in Jerusalem, may the Lord, Himself, descend upon you and your sister with His healing power through the Holy Spirit. May the Lord bless and keep you both, in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father,

Please guide the hands of the surgeons as they perform this delicate procedure on both of your servants. Put their minds at ease and allow them strength and healing once the surgery is over. Bless them both, but especially the sister for putting her life on the line for a truly selfless act. Her love for her sibling is love that we all need to show one another.

We ask these favors in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
