thuper!
Should Six Flags inform non-religious types when a church group holds an informal, non-sponsored gathering?
Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
If Six Flags puts out 'warnings' (ie. advertizing) about 'Gay Day at Six Flags'; people like you will crucify them.
If Six Flags doesn't put out 'warnings' (ie. advertizing), people like you will cricify them (as done here).
If Six Flags prevents openly gay people from entering the property; they will be sued by the ALCU for discrimination.
Just like DisneyLand and DisneyWorld; all these companies want to do is sell tickets, sell trinkets and make a profit. They can neither sponsor, nor truly prevent this behavior from happening.
How long is it going to take to sanitize the entire park after the homosexuals get finished defiling every nook and cranny?
How much will it cost to clean up the stains afterwards?
How much moeny will the p.c. fools lose?
I'm sure if Six Flags wanted, they could bring an action to legally enjoin The Dallas Voice, Texas Triangle and QTexas from the unauthorized use of the Six Flags name in their "Gay Days" ads. The fact that Six Flags doesn't is tacit approval of the use of the Six Flags name in the "Gay Days" ads.
Go to Six Flags on September 18th.
Take your wife, but leave your kids at home.
Wear a T-Shirt that says, "Sexual preference is for the bedroom, not for the amusement park."
Perhaps you can even get together and rent a billboard near the venue for the month of September.
The fact that they don't understand this simple truth is one more proof that homosexuality is a mental illness.
Shalom.
I wonder if they'll cover up the "L" on the "SIX FLAGS" sign....?
To be fair, how big a shock can it be when we are talking about the event two months before it happens?
Most popular attraction that day?
The Log Ride.
"homosexuality is a mental illness"
Well guess I'll not buy season tickets or any other kind next year.
In fact, anyone with AIDS should be suing any owner of the place where they engaged in whaatever that resulted in AIDS for acting as "enabler" and not adequately warning/instructing them of the risks. They post notices wanring about the risks of alcohol to pregnant women, shouldn't they also have to warn about fairies cathcing the AIDS?
Edwards will argue that his client went to Fairy Day, had too much to drink and, "Wham, bam, thank you Bruce," he had AIDS. That would cost Six Flags, BIG TIME!!
Why not just require all groups to provide their names to a "registry"?
Thus anyone can just look and be informed.
Thus if a christian group is going to have a group attendance at six flags ALL who would be offended by the presence of christian groups. (linda ronstat) can stay home.
It is worth noting that Dollywood asked a homosexual group to NOT use her logo or in any way imply an official Dollywood homosexual event.
(seriously are homosexual that scared that people will keep their children home on those days? and why would it matter to them?)
"mark your calendar" ping
Six Flags used to be a FAMILY place.Gay Day at Six Flags Over Texas September 18th, 2004
Excerpt:
When families attend Six Flags Over Texas on Saturday, September 18th, they will not be informed about "Gay Day at Six Flags," nor the thousands of homosexuals in attendance. It will be a total shock when they realize they are waiting in line for one hour at a time with flamboyant homosexuals embracing one another and kissing.
If you call Six Flags Over Texas and ask them if they are having Gay Day they will tell you "No, Six Flags does not sponsor a Gay Day," knowing that they allow the homosexual community to advertise the event as "Gay Day at Six Flags." They still will not tell you. Therefore, Six Flags Over Texas is willingly allowing families and children to be exposed to homosexual activities without giving them any warning.
Families and children have the right and deserve to know about "Gay Day at Six Flags" so that they can make an informed decision as to rather they want to attend Six Flags Over Texas on that day. Six Flags Over Texas has a responsibility to inform families and children about "Gay Day at Six Flags." It is a family park and families sustain Six Flags business throughout the year.
