Andrea Mitchell is such a liar
Don Imus Show, ImusMSNBC | 7-26-2004 | Andrea Mitchell

Posted on 07/26/2004 4:39:42 AM PDT by ontos-on

Andrea Mitchell on Imus just now. Imus this morning is stumbling through the Sandy Berger story to the extent he does not know why the documents were stolen by Berger. Of course, it is confusing to many --mainly because the press wont report it right. Imus asked her the crucial question: why would he steal these things if the original were still there?

Mitchell gave no answer only repeating that Berger claims he did not put documents in his pants and socks.

Of course, the story is that Berger took several versions of the Clinton White House after action report on the Milenium Terror Threat assessment. The different White House drafts had verious handwritten comments from several Clinton administration officals and it was this that was stolen and destroyed. The smart media knows this. Andrea Mitchell certainly knows this. But she is a dishonest person and will not report the story or provide the "context" thzat makes the story make sense. <

Why wont she do it? Simply because the full story would tarnish severely Clinton, Berger, Kerry and possibly Hillary. That is why she is such a hack masquerading as something else.

As a matter of fact, I sent an e-mail off to the Imus show asking why they don't disclose this information about Andrea Mitchell (in the interest of full disclosure, of course). The girl controlling the e-mail sent me a note back saying that it wasn't true. I forwarded the link to the Board of Directors page. She replied that it was totally unrelated to politics and was not an issue.

I told her to ask Bernie if it should be an issue or not. I never heard back after that. Later in the morning when Andrea's name came up, Bernie mentioned the Heinz Awards but Imus and Chuck didn't pick up on it and the show went on.

If you are cordial and check your grammar, they are pretty good about responding.

Is this the woman who's married to Greenspan?

Yes. And Greenspan is in full "war against the economy" mode.

Andrea Mitchell is on the board of directors for the Heinz Foundation.

She is not on the Board of either the H.J. Heinz Company Foundation nor the Heinz Endowments, but she is on the Board of the Heinz Awards.

Get a load of this: On the web page for the Board of the Heinz Endowments, you can click on the names of almost all of the Board, and read that person's bio. One notable exception: Franco Harris. What's up with that?

Good job. I have a feeling Bernie will make sure Imus knows about this.

Franco Harris. What's up with that?

That might have to do with her living in the Pittsburgh area.

Sure, I know that. But why no bio? Is it because it would pale in comparison to that of, say, THK, who has scads of honorary degrees to go with her legit Arts sheepskin?

I don't know, that was a few months ago. Imus knows, I'm sure. You have to remember, Imus is a liberal. He keeps everything in the middle of the road for the sake of his show and the resulting income. When push comes to shove, he'll take the Dem everytime.

No way. You can have access just by reading them. N o need to risk jail by stealing something that you can always go and look at. Come on!

BTW, this link shows that perhaps the various drafts as well as the handwritten notes would might have been irreplacable and therefore worth stealing if they could remove them from history. No small matter, eh. Remember the legacy and terrorism and less importantly, Kerry and fellow pirate democrats electoral future.

Shut her off... full blown propaganda.

Jay Severin was on first thing...and he was dashing as usual. Said he wouldnt go to the Dem Convention if there was a revolver to his head and Teddy Kennedy would be on the cover of Scuba Monthly to celebrate the anniversary of Chappaquiddick..! ha :)

I just sent them an email about the Heinz Foundation. I did not see your posting, but it's good if they get more than one anyway.

Saying someone is a liberal means nothing to me. It's like clapping with one hand. Like Brian Lamb of C-SPAN I have no idea where Imus stands on any issue. Imus has said he is a registered Republican.

Andrea Mitchell is on the Heinz Foundation Board of Directors...this is appalling that this is never mentioned!!!

She certainly is not in a position to be a fair and balanced reporter with regards to this campaign. Not that it matters to her, but anyone with integrity would make this known, the association etc...

I'm shocked that nbc/msbnc has never acknowleded this....a disclaimer should be noted everytime she reports on the campaign etc....

I believe Freepers should write NBC, Msnbc and the Imus Show too - he loves controversy.

All of the so called "Mainstream Media" are Liberal in-breds. They are joined at the hip and are not trustworthy.
It is one hige propaganda machine and along with the Democrat Party they make up todays Communist Party of America.

The one thing Imus is consistently conservative about is gun control.
