Kerry just 'threw' out the opening pitch at the Boston-Yankees game. Just saw Kerry pitch a really weak opening pitch, well short of the plate, bouncing under the catcher. What a poser!

"pass time"
I won't say a word in public, but it's "pastime" ;)

The ump called it right. Jeter screwed up by running to first inside the baseline. I didn't know what was going on at first. Too bad.

Enjoying the coverage of the Democratic convention tonight from Fenway.
I thought only the major networks were sending reporters. Seems I was wrong.

FYI, the MLB boards on ESPN are resoundingly AGAINST ESPN's political ad for Kerry tonight.

Oh hell. It's late, and I'm pissed. If GWB can make a boo every now and then, so can I.

Anticipated Kerry quote for tomorrow...
"Well, I was going throw the ball all the way to the catcher, but without full UN support it would've been irresponsible. Besides, since I voted against funding our troops, I knew the catcher wouldn't have a suitable mit."

Aflac said something gay about Arod being proud of his hits, but Ben thought Arods hits were cheap. And whose fault is that, Ben? Maybe they were "cheap hits" because the Red Sox's defense is the worst in the league! Besides, that game-winning hit on Friday hit the scoreboard, and was hardly cheap.

Maybe you could deal with the caps lock key. I'm dizzy trying to figure out your response. So are others. Shh. thank you.

The Yankees are probably maxed out as far as the number of ESPN Sunday night baseball games this year.
There are a finite number of games that they are allowed to show on ESPN for each team. I'd be willing to bet that they won't be showing that game. They usually reserve the Yankee games for like Yankees-Mets, Yankees-Red Sox, Yankees-Dodgers (this year), etc.

You, like too many freepers - are too high-strung, and I've been sending out warning posts.
P.S. - until about 10 days ago, I assumed that Canadian part of Michigan was a nature preserve - but a poster claimed he lives there.
Is that true?
