Arab Americans appear to have few second thoughts. They are set to vote for Kerry, by about two to one. Gee, why am I not surprised?

"Arab Americans opt for Kerry" That is the GOP campaign commercial that you will probably will not see, but should.

This is a big surprise, almost as big as finding that blacks and queers will vote overwhelmingly for Kerry.
A vote for Kerry is a vote for Al Quaeda.

These miserable people are so very lucky they can vote in this glorious country, and they do this, trying to turn our land into exactly the sort of ghastly benighted outhouse of a nation they came from.

...and spending four years in the White House without any serious effort to put an end to Israel's violence against the Palestinians clearly added to Arab frustration.
Are you kidding me? It's not the Israelis who are strapping bombs to themselves and blowing up arab kids on their way to school, or training 10 year olds to become effective terrorists. Let ketchup boy have the arab vote. It only re-inforces what many of us have been saying for some time now. Our enemies benefit by George Bush losing the election, which is all the reason I need to cast my ballot for Bush.

the majority of Arab and Muslim Americans voted for Bush in 2000I watched the second half of an Ohio undecided's focus group last night and it was freightening. Hook, line and sinker it's the economy stupid with Iraq the second hot issue. Worries about out-sourcing, "McJobs", lack of industrial redevelopment. Every one of them had a job or was retired, but they were talking like a sad sacks.
The Dems have had their successes in talking down the economy with this group. While most agreed with the decision to go to Iraq (this I found somewhat suprising) they universally declared it a "mess" and condemned the administration for lacking a clear exit strategy.

Over 50 per cent of those polled said they would go for Kerry mainly because they wanted to vote against Bush. Only nine per cent said they liked him as a man. On the other hand, like the rest of the Republican Party supporters, 70 per cent of Arab-American Bush supporters said they endorse him because they "like him as a man".
Anne Coulter or Condi Rice for President, 2008? Anyone?
