The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Australia and Italy have received warnings through a statement purportedly from militants linked to al Qaeda that demanded those countries withdraw troops from Iraq.

Actually it was Doug Hagmann , head of NIN that asked/demanded it be removed


I used to like NIN, but they have gotten where you have to buy their info. and sorry there is just something about a site that charges to inform people of possible dangers that really disturbs me. FR seems to do just great with donations, and its tell all ya know. NIN has gotten cold, clinical and smells of greed, I have no interest in it anymore. Not that they would care, but then I don't care if they don't care....lol.

nwctwx has downloaded this one and it is the same as the one on the 29th. Have you been over to ATS? Now there are 3 tapes 2 the 29th and now this one.

Wasn't it rereleased on Jill's site and last week someone said, could have been Jill herself, that it wasn't new?

It was released on Jihadi site, jill had the link up at homelandsecurityus.net for a time. It is the same video that everyone 'lost it' about the code with. The video itself stated that the message was from August of 2003. It is interesting to see that it is being sent out now, in multiple forms (specifically the message to America).

It just says Afghanistan (orange) with Kabul 'pinned', and Pakistan (yellow) with Islamabad 'pinned'. Interesting in that UBL is likely somewhere in between the two cities. ;-)
