The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

IIRC, the markers are selected by whoever requests the automated picture. I don't remember the options, but there are several, and they may be related to infrastructure. If we can find that site, we can run through the options until we can reproduce that particular version. The option for that layout may be revealing.

Interesting site. I agree that the Jakel image started with a map from that site. I wouldn't be surprised to see the jihadis employing high end GIS to plan their operations. Once again, our technology is being used against us.
