The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.
"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."
We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

This was just on the LA news. The babies did eat the food, but it was not the weaponized Ricin, it was just ground up castor beans not in large quantity.If true, then I suspect we're talking about a domestic wack job and not AQ. Still terrorism, but not the first wave of anything.

18 wheelers are allowed in tandem in some states...is North Carolina one? How about Kentucky?Utah and Idaho allow triples. I've seen way too many of those triples whipping like a long snake at over 80 MPH.
