Not really complete, though. EV1 os responsible for other ranges as well.
Kind of like the free satellite mammograms in OZ, where ladies were told to open their curtains, take their tops off, and stand in the window for a free checkup.

Utah and Idaho allow triples. I've seen way too many of those triples whipping like a long snake at over 80 MPH.
