The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

And I think I saw somewhere (can't remember where) that Zawqari (sp) had reissued his defense of killing muslims and believe you me there are a ton of Muslims in Italy so this could be connected to an imminent threat to Italy

Anti-terror ads may be illegal

Norwegian television stations TV 2 and TVNorge are ready to show anti-terrorism advertisements but the Mass Media Authority believes that this could be in violation of laws forbidding political advertising.

The European Security Advocacy Group (ESAG) has invested large sums to place newspaper ads in Norway and other countries. Aftenposten, among others, has run advertisements discussing more effective measures in the war on terrorism.

I've found two threats and a warning to the Spanish government by the Spanish police, prior to the train attacks. The police warning may be referencing intelligence rather than a notice.

A new threat video was being recorded when the Spanish police were kicking the goblin's door down, according to a review of the tape. There was also another warning letter after the trains were attacked.

It appears that there are no rules whatsoever.
