A Day in the Life of President Bush (photos) - 7.23.04
White House, Yahoo

Posted on 07/23/2004 5:50:18 PM PDT by MJY1288

Today President Bush spoke to the National Urban League Conference in Detroit Michigan. He detailed his administrations progress since becoming the President and asked for their vote. President Bush ask the group if the Democrats took the African American vote for granted and ask them to compare his record since becoming president to what the Democrats have done for them. The speech was well recieved and IMHO it was a homerun

God bless all candidates to be safe.

Amen to that.

The only thing I want to happen to Kerry is for him to lose the election and quietly retire!

I have volunteered to work in a few soup kitchens in my life, I have too. I used to help at a Mission in downtown Louisville. Lots of good people, lots of volunteers.

George W. Bush shined today, and it was the goodness in his heart that was the message. There was no personal attacks or hate filled rhetoric, just plain old common sense that let many see the George W. Bush we know and respect.

It's simple really! George W. Bush believes that the Government should be there to provide a fishing pole and a map to the river, Democrats believe they should provide the Fish

Has anyone seen the new Jack in the Box commercial?

The mild French bashing one?

It's pretty funny.

I have heard of people who cursed bill clinton in their "prayer" times and, as the person who told this wrote, "Things didn't go well for them." God tells us to pray for our leaders, and whether I like it or not, Massachusetts elected John Kerry and NC elected John Edwards, so they have positions on the national stage as leaders, so I think it's better to bless them than to curse them in my praying.

HOWEVER, having the general remembrance of what dems do in the White House to trash this nation and rush America in their policy wheelbarrows up to the very precipices of destruction, I also ask the Lord to make sure that Bush wins re-election, and I ask Him to bless John Kerry and family to get saved.

Bush believes that the Government should be there to provide a fishing pole and a map to the river, Democrats believe they should provide the Fish and tax all the rich Republicans who have to sell the stinking licenses to catch the fish to feed them.

Oh, please describe the commercial. I hardly ever watch TV and am not likely to see it.

I just finished watching Chrissy Matthews on Hardball, he is in Boston inside a a square made up of bicycle racks to keep the peasants away from his $1,300.00 suit. He just asked the crowd if they thought the United States is more POPULAR now, than we were 4 years ago?

To me that sums up this whole election debate........ Should we base our foreign policy on how popular we are? or should we base our foreign policy on what's good for our national security?

John Kerry and the democrats would rather be popular than safe. I have news for John Kerry..... wanting to be popular is what got us 9/11, Taking the fight to the enemy will prevent the next 9/11 from happening
