Kofi Baby said:
``Without that security, we cannot really deploy in any sizeable number.''
Well, that's a relief!

ROTFLMFAO!!!
The U.S.-led multinational force will have to provide protection because the separate brigade of about 4,000 troops that was envisioned to protect U.N. staff and facilities still exists only on paper.
...much like the authority of the U.N. - only on paper. So our troops are going to be put in harm's way to protect this ingrate. If one of our troops dies protecting this scum, W. should pull out of the U.N. immediately.

Annan: U.N. Staff in Iraq Is Unprotected So give them condoms. Isn't that the UN and liberal solution to lack of protection?

Hey Kofi -
Just placate and sing kumbayah. That always works when dealing with terrorists.

At last we've found a role for the French. They should have no qualms about protecting UN scumbags, many of whom are French.

Without the opportunity to get mega-million-buck kickbacks, it seems Kofi is without friends. Too much light shining on Babylon these days.
Mebbe the US could step up? Nah!

Kofi Annan said Wednesday that the world body has not received a single firm commitment of troops.
So, Kofi's not very effective at Coalition building. And that is who John Kerry expects to be in charge of our security? That is who John Kerry advocates turning to to take over the War on Terrorism?

As usual... the U.S. will wind up having to spread thinner trying to protect their sorry butts. No one else is expressing interest? So what... The U.S. will bail us out again...
Ridiculous.

Fuc Kofi (No Cream) Annan.
I presume you all are aware that they want their "own" standing army, entirely controlled by the U.N. If member nations won't "volunteer" the troops, they will be pushing even harder for their own "income stream" - that is; the power to impose taxes on the member nations so they can hire mercenary free agents. Watch for it in the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) coming to a Senate Floor vote near you next spring.

This would be a good day, the day of the 911 report release, for Kofi to repent and apologize for his UN hosting the pro-Muslim UN 'racism' conference, where 'civil rights' leaders spent days inciting hatred, blaming the world's ills on America, Israel.
This UN conference was witnessed by representatives of the nations of the world, and the world's free press - who carried the lies to the people of the world.
This UN conference ended 2 days before 9-11-01.
No major investigation - in the press or on Capitol Hill - has yet taken place to expose the inflammatory rhetoric of this conference, and the very real possibility that the hateful, dishonest, careless words shouted by ambitious 'leaders' emboldened and inflamed those who hoped to murder 35,000 in the WTC on 911.
