The Democrats' most potent secret weapon? It might very well be MSNBC "Hardball" correspondent Ron Reagan - Son of the Gipper. The 46-year-old Reagan, a trustee of the nominally nonpartisan Creative Coalition, will be speaking out in favor of stem-cell research at next's week's Democratic Convention.
"I would want to know whether he believes that the thousands of innocent Iraqis and Afghans who have died as a result of our military campaigns will be welcome in heaven [as he imagines it]," Reagan writes. "People who believe they are acting with the mandate of God, who see others who don't share their beliefs as inferior in the eyes of God, make dangerous leaders. Just ask Osama Bin Laden."
If President Bush believed that, he would not have gone out of his way to attend a Mosque and invite Muslims to be part of the memorial service after the attacks on 9/11.
Dang! Ya beat me to it.
He's a typical Democrat weenie. He just can't bear to be OUT of the limelight.
Concerning Muslims: Ronaldus Magnus would reply," No, no they will not." But then again, R. jr. never did much listen to his Dad.
Pat the Bunny?
Pat the Bunny?
I didn't realize he was on the payroll of MSNBC. As a political consultant? What on earth, (other than the fact he was created by the sperm of a very wonderful man), gives him the experience to speak on stem cell research or politics? Any college background on this clown? Probably majored in girlie-man arts.
Darn! You beat me to it.
In his case I think it's Playbill.
ROTFLMAO!! Lordy, I sure hope they keep this up!
Let's hear from Michael.
Ron Reagan showed his true colors when he couldn't even bring himself to bow his head in prayer at his father's funeral. What a piece of garbage.
I personally think HE'S the adopted one, and not Michael.
Junior just gets downright hostile when he thinks about religion, doesn't he? Get a life, Junior, and leave our president alone. All that attention you got during President Reagan's funeral has gone to your head, but you are still a big Zero.
