Berger has now resigned form being and advisor to Kerry...
And the spin continues on the left, trying to minimize it by calling Berger an informal advisor...
So when did kery know about this investigation, and why did he keep Berger on??
This goes deeper than berger, and Kerry is now a part of it...
What did Berger feed kery, or what did he keep from him, based upon his theft from the archives???
I agree, this most likely goes much deeper.
You said:
"that person= the person at the National Archives who alerted Clinton's lawyer Lindsey"
So why have they not been arrested too?
I mean are they still working there?
Were they fired?
This is top secret stuff here, and these folks are calling lawyers for Clinton?
Were they paid to keep tabs and report back, I wonder?
Well, I think that it shows, to paraphrase Mr. Dean, that there was a 'cancer on the commission' and that the stench goes all the way up to the top of the presumed DNC Wannabee.

" The security folks at the archive site did not call the FBI, or anyone in government once they found Berger stealing: Archive security called Clinton's attorneys.
So Clinton's lawyers knew that security knew Berger was stealing; so Clinton probably knew; so McAullife probably knew;
but, Kerry didn't dump this spoiled merchandise guy from his advisory position, so Kerry DIDN'T KNOW.
Bill and Hill give Kerry the total shaft the week before HIS convention!
Game;Set;Match!"
Arrrgggghhhh...... (In best dean Voice)
Even Foxnews is now calling him an "Informal Advisor"
balogney......
Kerry is knee deep in this, in my opinion, and I am betting Kerry even knew about this prior to the story breaking.
It sounds like most of the dems knew about it judging from their comments today.
Kerry said:
"I respect his decision to step down as an advisor...."
Even Kerry didn't call him an INFORMAL advisor, that quote caem from Berger's Attorney, Clinton's buddy...
A "well done" BTTT.
Sonar5...
Good job! Thanks for the post.
Thanks, Sonar. This is something I'd considered doing but just didn't have the time.
Let me address it from a little different angle: The Dem Spin.
1. "It was inadvertent."
No way. It happened multiple times, he was stuffing them in his pants, and he destroyed some of them.
2. "There are copies of all of these documents, so what's the harm?"
I've followed this very closely and even Berger's lawyer HAS NOT said this...only the political spinners have said it. They have no way of knowing since we don't know what documents were removed.
3. "The commision got the memo, so in the end there was no effort to hide information."
Note they say the commision got "the memo". But, according to news reports, Berger isn't accused of removing "the memo". He removed multiple DRAFTS Clarke wrote before the final memo. Each draft would have had different wording and emphasis. The commision had no way of knowing whether one or another draft existed...except is Berger told them.
4. They are also muddying the water on whether Berger was allowed to take out notes he made while reviewing the documents. He wasn't. But the Dems are happy to give the impression there was nothing wrong with his doing this.
I'm sure there's more. Who can keep up with the Dems and their spin machine? Just wanted to get this on the record.
Please lock them up, and let them all rot like stinking rats. Uh oh!! They can't recall! Bush/Cheney 2004
"There are copies of all of these documents, so what's the harm?"
I heard that excuse several times today. Some of the pressies seem unaware that copy 20 of 20 copies of a Top Secret document carries the same classification as the original.
bump
I hope it's because the other people are cooperating and the investigation is broadening. But somehow, I doubt it.
Hmmm, this all smells a little nasty and ugly, like a barely washed women's pant suit.
Why isn't anyone talking about the memos being put in his SOCKS!!!

Some links don't mention this detail - not sure we can believe it? If it's true, then can we assume Kerry will say he first voted for Berger to be on his team and then he voted him off once he learned of his foot problem.
Here are the relevent laws, I believe:
18 USC Sec 641
Sec. 641. - Public money, property or records
Whoever embezzles, steals, purloins, or knowingly converts to his use or the use of another, or without authority, sells, conveys or disposes of any record, voucher, money, or thing of value of the United States or of any department or agency thereof, or any property made or being made under contract for the United States or any department or agency thereof; or
Whoever receives, conceals, or retains the same with intent to convert it to his use or gain, knowing it to have been embezzled, stolen, purloined or converted -
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; but if the value of such property does not exceed the sum of $1,000, he shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
The word ''value'' means face, par, or market value, or cost price, either wholesale or retail, whichever is greater
You did a great job.
You put it together in an orderly fashion so we could all understand what is happening.
Thank you.
IS BERGER STILL ALIVE? HITLARY IS SLIPPING!
