With all these ME types doing stuff on airlines I find it unbelievable that they are not being arrested for being disruptive - at a minimum. Even if they are not doing dry runs they are trying to scare people - remember that instruction to be disruptive - put people on false leads? These people are being at a minimum HOSTILE.

A guy in my office asked the same thing. Menacing, disorderly conduct?

I was thinking about what happened on that Amtrak train this morning. According to the article, they didn't let anyone off the train until they finished walking up and down the aisles checking everyone's ID and running the dogs through. If they thought a bomb was on board why didn't they evacuate the train? Was everyone supposed to sit there and wait for it to go off?
