LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) -- Outspoken actress Whoopi Goldberg lost her Slim-Fast gig for agreeing to speak at a Democratic fundraiser. Goldberg reportedly used the president's name as a sexual reference at a fundraiser for presumptive Democratic nominee John Kerry.
Goldberg has endorsed Democrats many times in the past and is known for her political views in her comedy routines. The actress released a statement saying, "While I can appreciate what the Slim-Fast people need to do in order to protect their business, I must also do what I need to do as an artist, as a writer and as an American -- not to mention as a comic. It's unfortunate that, in this country, the two cannot mesh."

Well, it certainly took them long enough to lob THAT charge. I don't recall anyone on Whoopi's side of the aisle jumping to the defense of Condi Rice or Colin Powell, who were true targets of racism by Dims. I also do not recall Whoopi jumping to the defense of Rush or Dr. Laura.

Does she really think that what she said was funny? What a preverted way to think as a comic!

"Does she really think that what she said was funny?" sKerry thought it was funny! ! !
Or at least he said so.
OK, he thought it was funny, just before he thought it was NOT funny! ! ! !

Liberals have a whole deck of "isms" from which they choose their "defense", when challenged.
The race card just happened to be the one they pulled out today.

and from what I heard John Edwards say to Carl Cameron on Foxs
The Kerry campaign thought Whoopi was the "voice of
America", but Edwards told Cameron, those performers "were speaking for themselves, they weren't speaking for us."

When the first sentence is a lie, there is no reason to read through the rest of the article.
My p/c's "liechecker" would, undoubtably freeze up, should I proceed.

Goldberg, or whatever her real name is, is not an "artist." She is simply a drunken, foul-mouthed, vulgarian.

BARF! BARF! BARF! Looks like, smells like pondscum. Must be pondscum.
Don't you really get tired of the RACE thing?

I just love the way Hollyweirds call themselves artists. They are artists as a Kindergarten kids stick drawings are to Michael Angelo. But they all call themselves artists. A worse play on words than calling a homosxual Gay.

I must also do what I need to do as an artist An artist knows how to use his brushes.
It has been said that you can judge a persons upbringing and education by the way a persons uses the English (or any other) language to convey thoughts and communicate with others.

Good morning to you, and sleep well, afterall it's going to be a Martha Stewart weekend.
I never thought I would ever again detest a name, like Clinton, but Stewart is beginning to grate! ;)
