I sent links and info on this story to both Hannity and O'Reilly yesterday, but no mention on last night's shows. I sent them this link today along with the NY Post article, so I'm hoping they pick it up.
Could they be afraid to touch the story because perhaps Slime-Fat is one of their sponsors?

Thank you for this thread, for listing the other products they sell, and for the Email link.
I gave them a respectful view into the product-boycotting mind of someone who doesn't appreciate the hate-filled speech of their spokeswoman, directed against a respectable sitting United States President who is working very hard to protect our country against hateful enemies.
They didn't get the benefit of the words being bolded but they got the above and a bit more.

So the president of soap-maker Unilever has given thousands upon thousands of dollars to Dick Swett? Now isn't *that* a conflict of interest?

Instead, Kerry praised the celebrities for conveying "the heart and soul of our country."Actually, the quote was "the heart and soul of America."

Besides, a previous poster talked about how Lipton had continued to support the Dixie Chix after they opened their big mouths. Couldn't the previous drop in sales have been attributed to that? And now Unilever didn't want to suffer more loss of sales, so they took Whoopi's picture off the site.
To: Elkiejg
Unilever is not an American company. It is a Dutch company.

Thank you for your article. I made my email clear to them (but more importantly, I showed the wifey what we now boycott, dove, butter, and slimfast is now considered a non-renewable item).
They better learn the value of real American values, IMHO.

"Has Bill Cosby commented yet on the example set by this trash-mouth ex-convict?"
Haven't heard anything from Cosby, but on O'Reilly last night, Ron Silver was extremely vocal in his criticism of the goings-on at this rally -- how people behaved, the things they said, and even regarding some of their philosophies. He's a democrat, but one of the few who is able to think for himself.

Too bad there are not more like him. And unlike the Beavis&Butthead liberals.
Whoopi's trash-mouth antics present a very tiresome and vulgar stereotype of educationally-challenged minorities. She does a great disservice to African-Americans and Democrats. And SlimFast. If this is how John Kerry sees the heart of the country, we are in for some barbaric times ahead.

Yahoo, indeed!!! Can't wait to hear all the freedom-of-speech whining, can you?
Hey, Whoopi...you can say whatever you like but you can't make me like what you say.
