Backup electrical systems failed to kick in

A mysterious power failure at Logan Airport that delayed dozens of flights for more than five hours has still not been explained – six days later.

Airport officials insist airline security was not compromised during the blackout Monday at Logan International's Terminal E, but backup electrical systems failed to kick in as they are programmed under such circumstances.

I have a little news that is pertinent to the 1996 UBL declaration of war on America.

A Christian scholar who is a former muslim stated in a recent interview he believed UBL has plagerized various portions of Pope Urban II's call to the Crusades in some of his messages and fatwas.

Points:

1) Does this mean UBL is a plagerizing theologian? (hehehehe)

2) Does this mean the whole 72 virgins thingy is based on bad scholarship by a third rate theologian (hehehhehe)

The similarites between UBL and Urban II are definitely undeniable...

Hmmm..not so sure about 'dat.

The suitcase nuke situation has been pretty extensively documented, by some pretty respected/smart people.

There's been Congressional testimony, CIA analysis, documentation up the "ying yang" that the "suitcase" (ie: tactical) nuke was developed by both the US & USSR.

Many are missing from the USSR (as explained by defecting USSR General Lebed, who "mysteriously" died in a 'copter crash shortly after testifying to this fact before Congress).

As someone else said..where did they go? Money can buy just about anything - and AQ/Osama reportedly have BILLIONS from their drug trafficking.

I for one think they probably have them. The real question becomes..have they been able to maintain them? Given former Ruskie nuke scientists go for the low, bargain basement price of about $1,000 US/month..I'd say the answer (unfortunately) is YEP.

Just watched it Cal. Surreal. It's so easy for those of us who have not done the research and seen videos such as this to entirely dismiss the very, very real threat Christians and Jews are facing. The muslims are raising up an army of young warriors who look forward to death even before they become adults.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A drug-resistant "superbug" found in hospitals has a close cousin that is affecting athletes, prisoners and small children in growing numbers across the United States, disease experts said on Wednesday.


Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus or MRSA can become fatal if not treated with the right antibiotics, said Dr. Daniel Jernigan of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.


"MRSA is showing up in places it had never been seen before -- as a predominant cause of skin disease among children in some regions of the country, as clusters of abscesses among sports participants, as the most common cause of skin infections among inmates in some jails and among military recruits and rarely, as a severe and sometimes fatal lung or bloodstream infection in previously healthy people," Jernigan told reporters.


Most commonly it takes the form of an abscess or boil, and doctors routinely try to treat it with penicillin-based antibiotics, Jernigan said. These will not work against MRSA.

Correct. I was sitting in Chicago at the time and got an IM to my phone. It basically said.."US affirms nuclear retaliation policy". I remember being very satisfied at the time that at least we'd gotten some backbone.

What good is 8,000+ warheads if you get too "PC" to use them?

The backers of AQ (Russia, China, Iran, ...) need to know that we are on to the "game of proxy" and will use EVERY means at our disposal to protect this great country from harm. And that includes obliterating them if neccessary.

The general populace may not fully grasp who is behind AQ. But you can bet your last nickle that TPTB DO. (Face it..the "Islamic terrorist" angle only captures the imagination for about 5 minutes before it becomes fairly obvious as to what the REAL game is"). TFP has much, much more on this, and I think Nynquist (sp) has done a great job documenting and exposing what we are facing here - which is war by proxy with Russia and China at the least, possibly Iran in the mix as well (take, for instance, their recent hyperbolic rants and threats to destroy all US life "as we know it").

This is as old as time itself (countries warring against each other). The only thing that REALLY gets my ire up is our general lack of will to DO. ANYTHING. ABOUT. IT. (until after we are hit, and hit hard. After that..all bets are off. But, how many millions of innocent people in ALL countries will suffer due to the spinelessness of our leadership in closing the damned borders and doing what is possible to protect the general populace?)
