However we cannot abide your TV spokesperson Whoopie Goldberg and her crude, vulgar, hate filled rhetoric against our President. As long as Whoopi is a spokesperson for your products we will elect to use products from other companies such as Carbsmart, etc..

Continue to support this lightning rod and her hatefilled rhetoric as you lose corporate profits.

FR has once again made me an informed consumer. I don't really use Slimfest bars for dieting but just in case I don't have time to eat. Now I will have to seek sustenance elsewhere. I didn't know that it was a major contributor to the Dems and now since Whoopit oozed her gutter talk about my President I shall have to boycott the product entirely. Thank FR!

Actually Abraham sold the company to Unilever several years ago for about $1.5 billion, yes, billion. But does Unilever needs to hear from Freepers on all of its products as part of the W.Goldberg family? They include Ben & Jerry's, Dove soap, Q-tips, Ragu, and Mentadent.

I still can't get through with the fax but I did call the phone # for Unilever foods--it's been changed to 201-567-8000. There is no option for general messages but someone by the name of Rita Smith (used the name search option) got an earful!!

I had a discussion with a co-worker yesterday and we both agree that the best way to get our views across is with our pocket book. We wont buy products (food,CD,Newspapers) that support crass attacks or low life view points. If the Democrats want to link up with these "low life" people then they also will go down......
