The Two Johns don't know what they've gotten themselves into. Welcome to the big leagues, boys. Team Bush is going to clean your clocks.

One minute Kerry says this is the "heart and soul of the Democratic Party" then he "backs off" from supporting his supporters!!!

Just another FLIP-FLOP!!

Now Kerry tries to define "values", truly laughable. I hope these gaffs continue and Rove takes advantage of every mis-step they make!!!

Whoopi Goldberg joked about George Bush's last name and Dick Cheney's first.

Boy... she sure is funny!

Of course, looks aren't everything!

"The Kerry camp noted Bush never condemned Cheney for telling a Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) on the Senate floor to go f--- himself."

That's not what the Vice President said.

What he said, directed at Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) (and not while the Senate was in session) was, " f--- off".

And yes, Ms Helen Kennedy, words do have meaning. Both for the Vice President of these United States, and reporterettes!

Its called defending your gentlemenly honor. If it occurred 200 years earlier, pistols and 20 paces at dawn. I think we all know who has the better shot. Cheneys got the good iron-stuff.

Long live W and Dick

Do you mean to tell me that the Republicans are incapable of smuggling a videocamera into the Filthfest? That's kinda scary.

Prior to old snakehead (carv-vile) hitting the scene and utterly destroying any anti-clinton statements through outrage and innuendo, which I see as the present day M'c-awful era of rat politics, Whoopi, Chase & Mellencamp would have been easily dismissed as out of touch clowns. Associating ones self to any of them would be a stain any campaign would avoid.

IOW, If Whoopi, Chevy of Johnny Cougar agreed with your msg, main-stream America would simply giggle and ignor it while considering the source and ultimately vote accordingly.

BUT -

Today they are spokespersons! Carvile dumbed down the retoric so far that a rock star with an identity crisis, a washed up 2-bagger ugly comedian with bad hair and a Jerry Lewis wannabe tell butt jokes for votes. And the rats brag about it as if they learned something from it.

Where brains, insight and an understanding of and desire to advance Democracy through intelligent thought is lacking, campaign donations make up the shortfall. So the only consistent factor in show clowns political interest is an antidemocratic message coming from the democratic party aimed at socialism, thought control and a crushing of Constitutional guarantees via bench legislation, available to the highest bidder or the highest APPOINTED party official for that same donation. If you have a control fixation I guess that you get your money's worth from the rats everytime.

Bush was right to call these jerks on their bashing and expose them to the appropriate ridicule, if its at all possible considering the daily brainwashing from the alphabet channels that employ most of these losers and backs up their insults as gospel through daily newsprint.

"Kerry's camp refused, saying Bush doesn't even let reporters cover his fund-raisers. "The hypocrisy ... is almost unimaginable," said Kerry adviser Tad Devine."

Oh gee. There's that word again. If you don't have anything to be ashamed of by the antics of these performers, release the tape!

It was so bad that copyright or not, they are ashamed of the performance.

John Kerry just sat there, grinning like a mule eating briers," said Sen. Zell Miller

One of the most effective, defining, and influential moments of this entire campaign will be when Zell speaks at the Republican Convention. The independent voters who are watching that night or who read his words later will come over to the correct side before November.

I can't wait for that great speech.

Leahy is a colleague - not paying money for access to a future Presidential candidate.
I want to know what, exactly, was said by whom.
I'm better the "stars" who ponied up the cash are freaking out that consumers of their product may actually find out what kind of scum they are.
What Hollywood thinks is good for America, is very very bad for the real America.

O.K. The Bush/Cheney folks need to make political hay out of this. It will not have the effect of the Wellstone "Memorial" but hey, if it's worth only 1/2 of a percetage point (.5%) of the votes, in a close election, that's a lot.

Jump on this Sean, Rush, Billy O' or somebody. Ride this horse until it drops.

The Kerry camp noted Bush never condemned Cheney for telling a Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) on the Senate floor to go f--- himself.

And the DNC never slapped Leahy upside the face for making viscous false statements to the press about Cheney.

"...the hypocracy is unimaginable..."

What do you expect in "rat territory"?

Kerry and Edwards accused Bush of trying to distract voters from economic issues.

I love it...why would Bush distract voters from the economy...its raging like it hasn't in 20 years.

Stupid comments like this will cause voters to re-look at the economy and realize its going gang-busters.

oh, and I don't belive that Chevy Chase has an MBA from Harvard....but I could be wrong.

Just got to love southerners.

I might like Miller's politics, but a Yankee like me would never have come up with a line like that.

"John Kerry just sat there, grinning like a mule eating briers,"

Not very presidential, John. Not very presidential at all. An apology, a distancing yourself from the Hollywood wierdos, and a return of every cent that you took in that night might have redeeming rewards. Else, if you still believe the kooks who you liberally laughed with, release the video so that America can see what you call 'the heart and soul of America?'

You mean Cheney's swearing? Yes he swore for an understandable reason but he's not a hateful man. No one thinks the Vice President isn't classy. The Democrats lack in spades when they demonstrate not respectable differences on policy with the President but outright hatred and anger. Rest assured, the latter doesn't play well with the American people cause we are a good and loving people. As it is, the Democrats seem to have forgotten what is was that Americans still love about President Reagan: he wasn't a guy who disrespected people and he was thoughtful and polite and kind to every one he met. No one could ever fault him. In this concert, with that kind of X-rated language, the John 2 ticket have become known by the company they keep.
