Wow...thank you.

It's unbelievable. Aziz-Maugein-Rich-Clinton and Maugein gets at least 25 million barrels of oil at cut rate prices.

God I wish the pubbies had titanium balls to take those in this connection to task. Hearings? You know the Democrats would be clanging for them if any republican connection was suggested.

... and France was trying to sell certain weapons to China, umm.. earlier this year. VP Dick Cheney, on his usual rounds, did a stop in China, and discussed this matter with the Chinese. These weapons sale did not go forward, as I last read.

I hope the list is as juicy as hinted and expected.

I hope no more Iraqi officials are murdered by the U.N., like the Chief Iraqi Investigator was. Kofi Annan off on a fanciful jaunt through Africa while the U.N. is embroiled in unprecedented scandal. He is always near a cell phone to order hits, like Michael Corleone.

I somehow think this list is going to be a disappointment.

There will likely be a great force arrayed against this disclosure, but there may not be much the opposition (= conspirators) can do about it -- with the exception, that is, of the occaisional assasination.

There are a lot of Iraqi's, particularly those who have not been on Saddam's gravy train -- those now in charge -- who are plenty PO'd that Saddam raided Iraq's wealth for decades. These guys are not likely to be in any mood to protect Saddam's business partners (France, Germany, Russia, the UN, Scott Ritter, etc. and so on for several pages...).

Ya, I keep thinking of France, Germany and Russia but you are right about some being involved here too.

But Mark Rich sure could be in the list

I believe I read that Mark Rich's company in Switzerland was involved in brokering the transactions. Now you know why clinton wants the Secretary General's job....

Go get 'em! And Enjoy the RNC!

PS: Since you asked, outstanding home page! And thanks for providing some much needed motivation (via guilt) to put mine together. We need LOTS more like you in this country to set things right!

You know that the demorats will link the list to President Bush and VP Cheney by the son of the daughter of the guy who was the second cousin of the lady that said that she was the daughter of the man who once thought that he had a son by his third wife who went on to say that he saw the car and the truck of the butcher that cut his finger while cutting a steak that was served to a lady that had a son in WWII that once saw the ship that was used to refuel President Bush's (41) ship before President Bush (41) joined the navy.

HIM?!?! WOW!

The interim gov did this about 6 months ago, but IIRC it was only verbal and no docs were released.

I found the Rich to Clinton contributions here:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/1163917.stm

The former wife of the fugitive financier controversially pardoned by President Clinton on his last day in office had donated $450,000 to his presidential library fund, according to reports in Washington.

Citing "sources familiar with the contribution", the Washington Post said Denise Rich made three donations from July 1998 to May 2000, before she became active late last year in the successful lobbying campaign for Marc Rich.

The pardon freed one of the world's richest men from prosecution on more than 50 counts of racketeering, wire fraud, income tax evasion and illegal oil trading with Iran.

Her lawyer had told a house committee probing the pardon that Denise Rich donated an "enormous sum of money" to the fund.

Reports of the donations have ranged from $400,000 to $1 million.

Another nail in the UN coffin?

I understand Rep. Paul's amendment to defund unesco passed the house by voice vote last night, but a roll call was slated for later last night. I haven't found anything about the final vote this morning.
