I also seem to remember an outstanding column, I think by Mark Steyn, dissecting Edwards' "Two Americas" speech. He described Edwards as wanting to make all Americans parties to a big class action lawsuit, or something to that effect. I think that article also tells the story about the "channeling" argument here. Maybe someone else remembers it? It was an excellent article....

I just want to know how much of the settlements that he won went to the clients/victims. I'm guessing they got very little after signing a no disclosure agreement.

I wonder how many of his clients have had to work 2-3 jobs to pay their continuing medical costs while gooberboy has been living it up?
