MADRID, Spain (AP) -- Several hundred animal rights activists -- some in their underwear, others topless -- marched through the streets of Pamplona Monday to condemn bullfighting on the eve of the Spanish city's wildly popular running of the bulls.

The protesters had planned to run totally nude but could not because they didn't get the necessary town hall permit, Just what kind of permit is it that is needed for public nudity? They seem to have gathered anyway without "that" permit.

The City of Pamplona should have turned out the bulls so they could march with the PETA protesters. After all, the bulls are such fragile and docile creatures and humans are such a danger to the poor little bulls.
