they key is to discredit the film, and link it to Kerry. Our pundits are doing a good job of this, but I don't see an effective media strategy from the white house to send our surrogates to all these talk shows and use this talking point - over and over again. Force Kerry to make a statement about Moore.
Saw that on Foxnews tonight! That old farmer is smarter than a junkyard dog. He knew if anyone knew, the lib enviro and PC freaks would put him out of business and his due retirement. And we all know they would have.

I didn't hear that -- thanks for posting that info! I know what he means -- those people still irritate me. Most of the hippy movement was in college when I was in high school -- we had Antioch College, Berkley of the East near where I grew up.
In the late 60's or early 70's when I took my little brother (who is now a lot taller than I am) to the mall -- he pointed to one of the long haired dirty creatures and shouted -- "There's a hippy!" (He is on FR so he can laugh at this if he sees it!) We quickly went the other way while I was snickering all the way!

I went to see The Notebook on Sunday. As I walked through the parking lot, I went past a group of lefty-looking guys saying how much the first four years of Bush sucked. I knew immediately they had just seen 911. When I came out to my car, there was a beat-up old station wagon with a Kerry bumper sticker on it next to me- another 911 patron! They are just so easy to spot because they are so typical. They are caricatures of themselves and don't even know it.
He pointed out that protestors are mostly in the their 50's and 60's.
In my business, the stockmarket .. all the young kids we hire ... 20s, 30s are all conservative with few exceptions.
I'm having trouble comming up with something more insane. Perhaps we should just associate him more closely to Kerry...as in possible VP candidate, or perhaps an ambassador position where he can tell other countries about how evil and stupid we are.

I'm in Ireland, and it's scary how many young people see Moore's books like some new age Bible. They are so ill-informed about the facts, yet ponce about with the air of know-it-all-bullshitism.
Challenge them on the facts, or question their modern day Moore mantra's, and they look at ME like I'm a relic. (I'm only 33! *L*)
But, I'm kinda tenacious. And besides, I get a kinda sick kick out of scratching away the veneer of their pseudo-intellectualism.

Without sounding intense, nutty or extreme, we need to spread liberal anti-Moore views gently to our friends and family. We need to make certain we vote in November. Howard Stern and Michael Moore have taken the initiative is the agitiprop campaign. The ball is now in our court.
1. This proves that the Democrats have become completely divorced from reason or rationality.
2. The movie draws increasing scrutiny to Moore's anti-American extremism, such as the NYT reporting his hateful remarks about his own country to the British press.
3. By November, this celluloid screed will be long forgotten, along with the Iraqi prisoner "abuse scandal".
And if the extremist polemic of Moore's political fantasy film makes moderates and independents think twice about voting for the current crop of mad-dog, Marxist Democrats, just wait until the DNC unleashes the true crazies on the podium of the Democratic Convention to scream, froth, and rave on national television!
I would say almost everyone living in another country goes through that on a day to day basis. Just sort of becomes a way of life. I sometimes engage but other times I feel I don't have enough info. Especially with Moore, I've been to a few anti-moore blogs that go into detail about his screwed up facts. Do you by chance know of any site that list his statements and disputes them one by one?
I would really like to get my facts right. I was tired of Moore before but now I smell blood, silly European blood. I lived outside the US for a few years off and on. I’ve always enjoyed my battles because I’ve learned to pick’em a lot better. As you mentioned, you are cleaning their clocks right now because they really don’t have a clue. I want some of that action any cliff notes for me?
