A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day
Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997. Over 100,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.
A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay, or a profile of another FReeper.
On Mondays please visit us to see photos of A FEW OF FR'S VETERANS AND ACTIVE MILITARY
If you have a suggestion, or an idea, or if there's a FReeper you would like to see featured, please drop one of us a note in FR mail.
We're having fun and hope you are!

1) Click on the graphic to open the Calendar. 2) Once there you can click on any month and even click to the right to go into next year. Once you are in the month that you joined FR you will need to click on the number in the calendar and then an add item screen will come up. 3) In the next box enter your name in the "Calendar Text" field and then click on submit. 4) If any of the screens fail to load simply click on refresh in your browser and that will usually fix it. 5) If all else fails or simply if you want me to do this for you send me a FReepmail and I will gladly do it for you. ~Mixer

Dear Thin Man:
Considering your fragile state,
constantly being worn down by your
valiant efforts to keep The Finest
on the straight and narrow,
I found a somewhat nonabrasive and restrained greeting
just for you --

"Mega Prayers will be poured forth for Kathy, Colleen," Thank You so very much. Not a family donor, no good matches. At first, the donor was a 21 year old fellow, but just 2 weeks ago, they found a woman who was a better match. Bless these folks for donating. A very trying time for all. Kathy is scared and anxious, yet happy and hopeful.

Where have you been Cuz? I posted pictures days ago. Her name is Emma and she was six weeks early. DIL had major problems with toxemia, but is finally home and hopefully will be okay now. Gee, do I have to post pictures again?
I was sorry to hear about your aunt, and said a prayer for her and your whole family.

Cuz, you should see the cutest little dresses that Emma's Great Auntie Maggie sent her, complete with hat and shoes. Her parents were really overwhelmed. They didn't realize how close Sistah and I have become. Emma is already beginning to fill out a little and looking less like a preemy. Boy, does she have a set of lungs. I got to change her diapers this afternoon for the first time. Isn't it funny how something like changing a diaper can make one so happy?

Ha! Came back from a quick jaunt to Wally World and found those beautiful flowers. Thank you,Colleen!
Sistah wisely is going to share --
probably because there are 6 red and 6 while roses, and it divides evenly..:))
Thank goodness there weren't 11 roses.

Hope you hung around long enough to say nighty night Sistah. I think I'm going to lie down early in case I get called to babysit later. In case you didn't read it, be sure to read the thread "A Father's Letter to his Son". I cried. Loveya (((((((Maggie))))))
