Today in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, President Bush attended the swearing in ceremony of the new representative of the United States to the United Nations, Senator John Danforth. Later in the East Room of the White House, he addressed those attending a reception commemorating the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights bill into law in 1964.
Enjoy your trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose!
That is one awesome string of Emails from dems planning to or almost ready to vote for W!!!!!!!
I was particularly struck by the now-enlightened dems who called Gore a nut case.
Yes, Gretchen, that's the book. The one I checked out had a different cover picture, which is what confused me (doesn't take much, some days!@)
Very interesting and informative.
***The bottom line is, The truth will always prevail. You can run from it, you can hide from it, or you can ignore it.... but it always there and it always wins in the end. The truth is on George W. Bush's side and he will win big :-)***

REMEMBER SOUTH PARK EPISODE
Sorry I missed everyone tonight! But I have a poll report, too, and while I'm sure it's not quite as scientific or predictive as the ones Dr.Deb, reports, I think it's fun. It's from Family Circle.
The Incumbent Vs.The Contender: The Charisma Factor
Bush Outshines Kerry:
Factor Bush Kerry
Preferred fishing buddy 68% 32%
Better family relations 64 36
More attractive 60 40
More patriotic 59 41
Better grasp of issues 56 44
Preferred Dance Partner 55 45
Kerry Outshines Bush:
More impressive speaker 44 56
More intelligent 45 55
Close calls:
More honest, trustworthy 51 49
More courageous 52 48
More compassionate 52 48
I thought it was very interesting that Bush outshone (outshined?) Kerry by 10-36% with those factore; Kerry outshone Bush by just 10-12%, and in the close calls, Bush still won, just by a tiny percentage. IOW, (if I'm interpreting this right--Dr.Deb?) the reporters of this poll had to try pretty darn hard to find something good to say about Kerry.
God Bless, you, Mike.
You are absolutely right.
Thank you for sharing with us.
Hello!
That is LOL!!
Upon entering the Navy in 1966, John Kerry signed a six-year contract (plus a six-month extension during wartime) and an Officer Candidate contract for five years of active duty and active Naval Reserve. This indicates that Kerry was clearly a commissioned officer at the time of his 1970 meeting with NVA Communists in Paris -- in direct violation of the UCMJ's Article 104 part 904, and U.S. Code 18 U.S.C. 953. That meeting, and Kerry's subsequent coddling of Communists while leading mass protests against our military in the year that followed, also place him in direct violation of our Constitution's Article three, Section three, which defines treason as "giving aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of warfare. (As General Vo Nguyen Giap is his witness....)
Thus, we refer our readers to the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
It is for this reason -- for his record of giving aid and comfort to the enemy while a member of the U.S. Armed Forces in violation of his oath -- that we insist John Kerry resign his seat in the U.S. Senate. He has dishonored his family, dishonored his state and dishonored our nation. He is not fit for public office at any level of government, much less, the highest office in the land. John Kerry should resign
Stay safe !! Hey you any relation to Gretchen EE ?
God Bless You Too!
"I wish I lived in a pubbie state"
I live north of Indy and Miss Marple lives south of Indy.
I too live in Dan Burton country. But...
I surely do wish this was a republican state. We have a dim dem for governor, a dim dem for mayor of Indianapolis, Evan Bayh for senator and a RINO for the other senator. How Republican is it?
Things aren't that pretty around here....we have our work cut out for us. Hope we at least get a Republican governor and retire Evan Bayh [bye, bye, Bayh].
LOL
I wish Americans weren't so squeamish on prosecuting those who give aid and comfort to the enemy. Even during the Revolutionary War, we tended to be soft on such offenders (not always but the occurrence does surprise me).
Well kewl ! I hope Mr "M" is nicer too ya than Mr "EE" was.....:o)
As to socialist presstitutes and polidiots..... as long as they keep the sheeple confused as to the difference of freedom of speech and sedition we continue to lose the "legal" fight.
Hope yer well.............Stay safe !!
Actually, ... the change is not connected to a change in marital status.
