All - A friend of mine is on MoveOn.org email list to follow what the enemy is doing and just received this (30 June). Check out the bottom of the email. This is an obvious coordinated message since the Kerry campaign approved the message (see end of email) which we believe is against the law! What do you think? Isn't this against CFR? Sure looks like a violation of CFR to me. My suggestion would be to print it out, save the email in the archives, and report it to the Attorney General (not the state AG), by reporting it to the local US Attorney's office. Also, the FBI is instrumental in investigating and reporting crime, so a call to them might not be a bad idea. And your elected Republicans might also want this information, don't you think? LOL! My last suggestion is to consider taking this to the media; even though it is probably a yawn for them, because there are still some reporters who relish the idea of "breaking" a scandal story.

As a practitioner before the Federal Election Commission, I agree with your conclusion. The final line, that this is "Authorized by Kerry for President" makes this a felony under the existing laws.

The only out for a solid felony charge for the Kerry Campaign is to say they knew nothing and authorized nothing in advance. There is no out for MoveOn.org They are criminals, if the FEC has the integrity to pursue the matter.

MoveOn email dated TUESDAY, 29 Jun 2004 indicating a CRITICAL DEADLINE for contributions with a link to the Kerry campaign.

Drudge Reports today:
"Kerry raised more than $3 million online WEDNESDAY, setting a record for single-day Internet fundraising and causing the campaign's computers to crash... Developing..."

ALSO....Carl Cameron, Fox, reported that the Kerry campaign won't say how much money they have left, but the campaign will be minus $6 million because Kerry's loan on the house is due. If the campaign doesn't pay the loan before the convention, payment will have to come out of Kerry's pocket.
