He is the only one I can think of....
OK, that settles it! Now I am voting for Bush!
as if................
I personally want to know that my candidates are decent people.
But, that's me.
Release the records.
Ask him this. "Mr. Kerry, is it true that your divorce records indicate allegations of, and your propensities for.......pedophilia?
He'll open the damn things and read them aloud for us. LOL
Now later, when he opens his records, simply state. "Mr. Kerry, is seems that if there had been records of your acts of pedophilia, that they have been removed from your records." "Sir, do you have any idea as to who would have cleaned up your records?
Then, stand back, watch him melt and toss dirt on him. LOL
Actually, I would leave his divorce records alone. If there isn't anything in there to compromise him, then all we have done is make him look good or us look bad.
I only wish to see the media go after Kerry the same way they did Ryan and Bush.
Unless there is something very juicy, I don't care to know.
What they want to hide is the fact that Ms. Heinz has doubled her booty from $500+ Million to a coooooooool $1Billion under a Bush economy..
Hillary would want to take the back were it a commoner..
"Add the activism to stare decisis and Kerry's records should now be opened. Blame the activist judge for this two-edged sword."
I don't think Kerry lives in Illinois.
Kerry hasn't been vetted yet.
Kerry's IRS filings for the last 5 years Not that they will tell you a lot......
If there's infidelity in there, it's nothing. He's a Democrat. But if there's physical cruelty in there, he's cooked. Even one occasion, one slap, he's finished.
Which is the gist of this thread. For me anyway..
What a prince among men!
Doesn't matter what Kerry or anyone else thinks. A judge has ruled that news organizations can have access to divorce records. LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!
I'm still waiting to see Bill Clinton's medical records.
And maybe that is exactly what he wants to happen. Perhaps he did follow the Ryan case. If he's gotten good political advise, and there is nothing damaging in the records, then the smartest thing for him to do is bate the GOP and/or media into trying to get them released. Then he looks good when nothing damaging is revealed.
I certainly hope that isn't what is going to happen.
So what if Kerry doesn't live in Illinois? The Ryan case was tried in California anyway.
That said, stare decisis should only come into play if the Ryan case had gone to a federal court, which it did not.
The courts won't be obligated to follow the precedent. Hmm. Are there any California connections to the Kerry divorce? If so, then the lawsuit should be filled in California.
