Headlining an appearance with other Democratic women senators on behalf of Sen. Barbara Boxer, who is up for re-election this year, Hillary Clinton told several hundred supporters -- some of whom had ponied up as much as $10,000 to attend -- to expect to lose some of the tax cuts passed by President Bush if Democrats win the White House and control of Congress.
"Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you," Sen. Clinton said. "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."

"Even better than George Washington," said Thomas.
One of Thomas' grandmothers is an incredible moron, and it ain't the one who dislikes the @sshole from Arkansas.
"We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
they already did.. like china, art, furniture... and whatever else they wanted that wasnt tied down in the whitehouse when they left...
And just what will her highness be sacrificing for the 'common good'??? And whose common good? She nauseates me. She just can't yoke socialism/marxism (whatever she can get) on us fast enough. And so many sheeple seem willing to take on that yoke.
And, what track might THAT be? The socialistic utopian track?
No thanks.
that remark scares me - who the heck is SHE to determine what the common good is, or what resources that I worked for she can appropriate(steal)?
Bust below sits on Hillary's Senate office desk:
That goes without saying.

You can start with these, Your Heinous.
"There's a lot of stirring up of the Democratic base -- the juice is flowing among Democratic activists in an unprecedented way right now," Cain said.
Yeah, my compost heap stirs up and the juice flows there as well.. and one can't tell the difference between my compost heap and teh Democratic 'message'.
I love it when she unleashes that serpent tongue of hers for all the world to see.
there would be a system where people would voluntarily work for the common good, with the understanding that they could receive whatever they needed for free ('from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs').

I sure would like to know how these supporters responded to this comment.
