Bill and Teddy Will Be Heavyweight Opening Acts for Kerry
- Hollywood contingency will be strong at Democratic Convention

BOSTON — Former President Clinton will get the coveted primetime speaking slot on opening day of the Democratic convention here, while hometown favorite Sen. Edward M. Kennedy will speak during primetime on Day 2.
Ben Affleck, Sean Astin, Larry David and two Baldwin brothers, Billy and Alec, are set to headline a sizeable Hollywood cast that also will be on hand, helping John F. Kerry accept his party's nomination for president next month. ---SNIP--- But some things are abundantly clear. While Democratic strategists insist their convention will be Kerry's moment to shine, it will also be Teddy's. And Bill's. But particularly Teddy's.

It will be wonderful, I am going to be overseas the entire week of the DNC Convention, and I don't plan on seeing a second of it.

Believe it or not, I heard the day the OJ of the Senate, Ted 'killer' Kennedy speaks, is the 35th anniversary of Chappaquiddick, to the day.......July 19, 1969. I would say it`s a coincidence but more likely it`s mocking on the part of the killer.
