I'm pushin 50 and I've discovered sooner or later you get truly tired with the people you don't respect, that waste your time, and you don't want your kids to be around.
Finally you get fed-up with the whole dog and pony show and you just say FU to them. (Although usually not out loud.)
I'd like congratulate Mr. Cheney on his restraint. I think he took the high road. I would have decked the F**ker and hoped Ted Swimmer Kennedy was standing close enough to catch the stray punchs.

He should have bitch-slapped Leaky-Leahy. It would have made him cry. Cheney gave him a verbal bitch-slap. And.... by the way the Leahey has responded to the bitch-slap, he has already cried like a baby. That is good enough for me.
No actual, physical contact necessary.

Finally, a politician that actually has a set. I love Cheney!
Say what you will... har.

Me neither... as a rule I don't swear but in certain situations, salty language is appropriate. President Dick Cheney had the balls to stand up and defend himself when wronged.

How can libs be upset? He has had medical problems, he felt better after saying it..... so it was good for his health.

I say let us express ourselves forcefully on election day and landslide this great man and the President for 4 more, (then start grooming Condi for the Battle Royal against the Hildebeast).

LOL, as soon as I heard it, I half thought that he did it to cleverly bring John F'ns words back to haunt him. Having a vp use this language some how doesn't seem as bad as having a prez candidate say it, besides, if Cheney is planning to step aside then he can start really setting the heat to sKerry. Now, he can say when questioned, "Kerry said that word in a speech at ..., and didn't get the same level of criticism you are giving me. Are you biased like the New York Times?" :-)

"I expressed myself rather forcefully. I felt better after I did it," Cheney told Neil Cavuto
I felt better too Mr. Vice President. I wish I could say a few choice words to Leaky and the rest of that Rat Party. I'd wouldn't be quite as polite.

If only GW could play a little hard ball... Don't forget the 2000 campaign when W called NYT's political "reporter" Adam Clymer a "Major League *sshole." Bush refused to apologise. He only regretted that a private comment was picked up by the media. W and DC don't play the PC grovel game.

Speaking of the beast, I hope Cheney directs a few comments at her next!
To: Indy Pendance
He did add that he "probably" used the word IIRC.
Cheney, look....some think profanity is a sin. I don't as long as it is used sparingly....especially the F word.
Your situation definitely qualified. I just wish I caught on camera you getting so angry to say that. :)
