Here is a Black and White video, taken earlier in the month, of South Korean hostage Mr. Kim Sung -il in Iraq. It is unclear who is questioning him, but it appears he is being detained by captives, and the interrogator certainly is not friendly.
The captive's English is fair. In it he makes a number of provocative statements.
Whether it was "Stockholm Syndrome" or not (in order to save his own skin) there are anti-Bush and anti-US comments.
The man is obviously concerned for his safety. As is known now, he was beheaded later by Iraqi or foreign terrorists. URL for video follows. Link also above--it will start the video automatically.

If people were looking for the macabre on this thread, they won't find it, as this is the video of him in capitivity probably in the early stages, outlining his thoughts.
He regurgitates standard anti-American diatribe: Bush and Americans invaded Iraq for oil. He hates Bush, hates Americans, etc, etc....
He doesn't like Bush does he??

Wow, all that hate certainly doesn't sound like a very good missionary to me.
I don't know (of course) if he was saying it thinking they would spare his life, or if he really felt that way, but it didn't work did it? These murderous thugs have no problem killing anyone, just because you hate GWB doesn't cast a safety net over you. Besides, he liked his paycheck, right? If he was so against it (America in Iraq), why didn't he leave?
Sorry I don't watch beheading videos. But I would like to know...Mr. Kim seemed very docile in those last few minutes of his life. I'm assuming he was heavily drugged. Any evidence of that?
I haven't fully watched any of the beheading videos. I did watch the Berg one up to the point he was thrown from the sitting position onto the floor.
It did appear that he was 'not fully aware.' I wondered whether he had been drugged. It would be understandable. After all, the terrorist thugs seem adept at beheading persons.

Yeah, a Saudi said last night that typical beheadings (in accordance with their laws) takes place with a sword, in one swift blow, not a knife. Like that makes a difference.
The terrorists no doubt warned him to be quiet and one could assume he knew they meant it.
Which beheading are you talking about? The only video that I know of is the Berg one. Are there others?
