How true! It wouldn't bother me in the least to see the cops pull those boozos out of the car and beat them to a bloody pulp.

PIT maneuver stands for Precision Immobilization Technique. It is used by a cop pursuing a suspect. The cop uses the front corner of his car to ram the rear corner of a suspect's car in such a way that the suspect spins out of control and loses the ability to drive. When executed properly it is a thing of beauty and works very well.
How about when that guy stoped in the middle of the freeway and they used foam spray to get him out......
