Thanks for the post Cindy! Field Day is kinda like the Super Bowl of ham radio.

ATTENTION FREEPERS: DON'T FORGET FIELD DAY!

I was invited to a special setup on a nearby mountain for field day this year. It sounded like fun. Then I found out I have to travel to Knoxville, TN this weekend. I've been licensed since 1976 and never managed to participate in field day.
