Iran seeks swap of Brits for suicide attackers

Report says 40 Revolutionary Guard 'volunteers' held by UK

Iran apprehended British military personnel and Navy vessels earlier this week in order to secure release of 40 "suicide operations volunteers" held by the UK, according to an Iranian Revolutionary Guard source.

The source told the London Arabic-language daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that the British Army command in Iraq received the demand from the Revolutionary Guard, reported the Middle East Media Research Institute.

According to the source, the content of the message was very simple: "Release our comrades, whom you are holding, and we will release your soldiers."

It looks as tho my thought that a date is given and then the strikes happen one to 2 days later is true again.

Look at the number of strikes and dead in the last 12 hours.

I think that this is about 6 that I have caught the later strike time.

And I could be wrong, it is only that it keeps happening.

I hadn't heard that Marxists were involved...yet, but your post reminds me of something I read a year or so ago. I think it was in one of Laurie Mylroie's books...or maybe I just read it at about the same time. Anyway, wasn't there a synchronized attack on Israeli embassies in South America just before the US embassy bombings in Africa? I'll do some digging and see if I can come up with more on that.

Again, what was the context of the strikes on the 23rd? Not Iraq but US if I am not mistaken. Iraq is a given - almost daily event, but the terrorists were trying to influence opinion here by threatening us (shopping malls, trains, etc) on our turf.

Three held over Turkish bombing

TURKISH police today detained three people following a bus explosion that claimed four lives and left a number of people injured in Istanbul, Anatolia news agency reported.

Turkish authorities said the blast was caused by a small bomb a young woman was carrying in her lap on the bus with the aim of taking it elsewhere in the city, adding that neither the bus nor its passengers were the target of the attack.

They added that an underground left-wing organisation was likely to be behind the explosion.

The death toll rose from the blast days ahead of a NATO summit rose from three after one of the injured died in hospital, an official at the hospital said.

The patient was a 40-year-old woman who was among the 15 people rushed to hospitals with injuries following the explosion in the district of Fatih on the European side of the city, the official said on condition of anonymity.

Massive security measures have been installed in Istanbul ahead of the June 28-29 NATO summit, which will be attended by US President George W Bush and leaders from 45 other countries.

The Istanbul blast came just hours after a small bomb exploded outside a hotel in Ankara where Bush is expected to stay on Saturday night during a visit to the Turkish capital.

1) open the secret oil reserves in the USA supposedly equal to Saudi Arabia's.

2) release 3-4 novel energy sources related to Tesla/UFO sorts of technologies.

I don't expect them to do either 1 or 2. It seems to serve their purposes better to cause global chaos to force the world's citizens into a world government . . . with many dead in the process yielding less to have to deal with.
