Iran seeks swap of Brits for suicide attackers
Report says 40 Revolutionary Guard 'volunteers' held by UK
Iran apprehended British military personnel and Navy vessels earlier this week in order to secure release of 40 "suicide operations volunteers" held by the UK, according to an Iranian Revolutionary Guard source.
The source told the London Arabic-language daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that the British Army command in Iraq received the demand from the Revolutionary Guard, reported the Middle East Media Research Institute.
According to the source, the content of the message was very simple: "Release our comrades, whom you are holding, and we will release your soldiers."
We are the "Stotters" who make ourselves aware of the enemy who wishes to do us harm
I definitely will. I will have access to a computer in Caracas, so I'll post regularly. I don't think I'll be there for more than 2-3 weeks.
Right now, the date we will leave appears to be July 5th, but my husband's job could bump that out a week, so I'm not certain yet.

Good.
What I do is the kind of thing where no thanks are necessary...but thank you for the show of appreciation!
Thanks Jill. How are your son and his fiancé doing?
So? Why do we need to post Gaiacomm rants for JTTF?
Do they not know how to do IP traces?
"Do you really need to make this trip at this time?"
That's a good question that I am wrestling with. My m-i-l has renal carcinoma, and we are worried that time is running out. She was diagnosed in November. I know for sure my husband is going in July. But we are both worried about the timing with respect to the instability there. On the other hand, I'm worried that this is the last chance for her to visit with the children.
Great! I don't think the fact that his car is not salvageable has sunk in yet though. It's amazing how quick they are to bounce back. He'll see his car tomorrow for the first time since the accident to clear everything out, so I imagine that it will be a tough day. As far as injuries, they both are still quite sore, but amazingly went and played miniature golf. Go figure!
For that matter, why do I have a website??? I requested that this thread be monitored, and they agreed . Hey, every bit of help that any of us can give to assist them, in my opinion is a good thing. If we all do nothing, the WOT will never end IMO.
Sorry if it upsets you.
I think Chavez has a plan up his sleeve. Even if they vote to oust him, he will find a way to declare that the voting was illegally performed or something. He has "good" stalling techniques. I can't see this man giving up his seat in a peaceful manner.
How about bringing her here for treatment?
Oh, I'm not upset with information sharing.
This is a great forum for it.
I'm just suspicious of the motive.
