I knew it wouldn't take long for that jerk to jump on the Bush-Bashing bandwagon.

Occasionally, over the course of the last several months, he's been on Matthews' Hardball trashing Bush and his Administration with his every other utterance.

The greatness of Reagan and the overwhelming American spirit felt since his death will not be besmirched by this $hit.
The left failed to do so twenty years ago, they shall fail now.

If CNN holds true to form, today's LKL transcript should be up in about 6 hours from now.

I think I also heard him say that there are people in the Bush Administration who don't believe in evolution. Also, he suggested that it was hypocritical for a politician to be opposed to stem cell research unless they also oppose in vitro fertilization.

Sometimes, it almost seems like he's trying to provoke a reaction!

I stood in that line for six hours and I didn't run into anybody who thought like this young man does. He's lost it.

I must say that we did have a pleasant time, though. If any of those who were there with me should show up on my doorstep at Thanksgiving or Christmas, I will just set another place...

I can't wait until you get it and post it. His spewing about Darwinism, stem cells, "intellectualism", and this administration (and anybody I suppose who doesn't "think" like him) turned me livid red. vomit

what was worse was how uniformed or unintelligent he was in discussing it - just mocked folks who believe in creation (as it's distinct from all other aspects of evolution) ... let alone misinforming that we are currently engaged in stem cell research! he said something like "I talk to scientists and they can't believe we're still having this debate" and I would have loved to have countered that the only reason we continue to have this debate is because the liberals want to have it - there are plenty of stem cells, including existing embryonic variety, that are now currently available for testing. the fact these folks seem to be in denial over that fact speaks loads to their intelligence or their agendas in these regards.

like other(s) on this thread who also paid their respects to the great former President Reagan, I don't accept his rationale for why I did that either - it's not because we're upset about Abu Gharaib, if anything it has more to do with how we're upset about the way liberals and the media are bashing our nation about Abu Gharaib during a time of WAR.

Ron is truly cementing himself as a pathetic individual whose lone accomplishment in life seems destined to be his underwear appearance on SNL.

Ron is not "Jr." and, if there is an article, please post it here. CNN's hit counter gets no help from me.

Born in 1958, Ron lived his entire life as a politician's son. (By this time, Reagan was edging toward politics, capitalizing on his position as a recognized spokesman in his role as host of "G.E. Theater.") Ron, following the lead of his three siblings, none of whom completed college, dropped out during his first semester at Yale in 1976 to pursue what he said was a lifelong dream (before then, unknown to his parents) to become a ballet dancer. Ron Reagan drifted among careers, leaving the ballet to become a print journalist and then a TV newsmagazine correspondent.

A run for office, that's what's he's going to do. I will bet money.

I RARELY watch CNN. I was channel surfing and noticed Ron the snake. I had been angry re; his remarks at Reagan Senior's funeral in Calif. Larry king brought up the subject of staying close to the casket and body in the plane etc. He then asked Ron why he thought people would stand in line for hours to spend only 2 minutes in front of the casket...

Wow, there is some real family histrionics going on here. This guy has spent a lifetime acting out against his father, he has been diametrically opposed to just about everything his father has said and done. Now is his time to "get even" with his father and what better way to expose your rage than against the Republican party which was and is the very symbol of the man he could never live up to. Between the Republicans and his needy mother, he didn't stand a chance.
