People keep saying that Webb Hubbell is her father. But they are overlooking the fact that Chelsea looks just like her paternal grandmother, Virginia Kelly, who was also a bit of a bow-wow.
She's obviously had a chin implant. It's an improvement.
Sounds like the Webb is all in a Humble about this.
I'm no fan of her parents but she has cleaned herself up.
I hope the Bush girls avoid the slut look the Kerry's daughter is strutting.
I really do not think she's had any surgery. I'm not doctor, but I do have pics of myself at 17 in my high school annual. My chin, cheeks, and nose are much more defined now. And I was not overweight then. I weigh more now. It is/was just natural age progression. Some folks age in the opposite way. They go from having a less round face to a very round face. (my mother-in-law is an example, and so is my paternal grandmother.)
Now if she also had a brian transplant bu a conservative donor, then I'd say I'm really impressed!

If she had "nose work" done, she should get her money back. It doesn't look any different to me--still the least flattering aspect of her face. I can't believe she'd have had any surgery and still have the nose she has.

But why should she bother with the conscience trans/implant? It wouldn't take anyway.

#1 - Most of the folks here bashing how this young woman looks are probably some serious troll-looking people themselves!
#2 - It's just not right. Bashing someone simply because of their family line. And in particularly personal, vicious attacks. I just expect that kind of thing from libs, not here.

That's because she not only looks like Hubbell but because bloody bill "allegedly" told Juanita Broddrick when he "allegedly" raped her twice that she didn't need to worry about getting pregnant because he'd had some childhood mumps or something that "allegedly" left him sterile. Or so it was alleged.
Doesn't look like the old her or the new her.
Not at the convention. I believe she will run for congressional office in NY tho.
I agree that she looks very good now,and it is not makeup. Compared to what she used to look like in her late teens. I always felt so sorry for someone with those parents having multiple bad features trying to live through the teen years. I felt her parents should have allowed at least the minimal amount of plastic surgery,chin lift,hubble clown mouth tapering,and hair straightening. From what I see she had,eyes,nose,jaw,gums,lips,and chin done. It is well past due,however she is still miserable iside,although you can tell she finally feels attractive enough to compete with the Bush twins. Her smile comes from deep within her soul,and just 6 months ago,she was an unhappy bar hopper.
While I don't criticize her too much, agreeing that the main focus of our ire should be her parents, there are many reasons to do so.
-Calling the Secret Service detail "pigs" and generally treating them rudely. (And whatever tales you may have heard about the Bush twins, they in fact treat their detail with respect and that sentiment is returned, as it is toward the whole Bush family)
-Graduating from college--both Stanford and Oxford without attending class on a regular basis.
-Her piece in the now defunct Talk Magazine informing readers that when we were attacked on 9/11 her mind raced to think of how George W. Bush's tax cuts would affect the victims.
-Almost forgot, going back to the Clinton years--sitting in on ME talks as an advisor.
-I still think she did have surgery. I have no problem with it and think she does look very pretty. I don't like being lied to.
