I really do not think she's had any surgery. I'm not doctor, but I do have pics of myself at 17 in my high school annual. My chin, cheeks, and nose are much more defined now. And I was not overweight then. I weigh more now. It is/was just natural age progression. Some folks age in the opposite way. They go from having a less round face to a very round face. (my mother-in-law is an example, and so is my paternal grandmother.)
look at her pictures just a few months back.Major difference!!!! Granted even my face changed over a few years, but not months,and not the gums,etc. She looks 10 pounds lighter,but that does not cut it either. She looks like Hillary and hubble,and thank god she is getting that monkey off her back with the surgery. They need to admit that she has had some alterations, it could help other ugly ducklings that did not grow into beautiful swans,but were helped by PS.
