June 21, 2004 -- CHELSEA Clinton's chic new look is turning heads. With her sleek, honey-blond coif and understated but deftly applied makeup, the former first daughter has undergone a dramatic transformation from bookish collegiate to soigne sophisticate - sparking rumors she had help from a plastic surgeon. Not so, counter a panel of insiders - who insist the 24-year-old's new urban-cool polish is the result of flattering makeup, soft golden highlights and a layered haircut that aspiring look-alikes have already christened "The Chelsea."
"I don't think she's had any surgery," says Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, a Manhattan plastic surgeon. "The proportions of her face are the same ...
"She's an example of good aging, good skin care - she's just turning into a beautiful woman. She has strong cheekbones, beautiful eyes and an overwhelming smile."
Laughing off reports that Chelsea had a chin-lift and a nose job - or both - makeup artist Robin Narvaez, who has applied Chelsea's makeup for special occasions, including Bill Clinton's 50th birthday party, reveals the skinny on the tricks of the trade that sparked the scalpel-speculation.

Looks like a bondo job. But she's still the spit and image of her father ... Web Hubbell.
She looked presentable - neither head-turning nor unattractive.
She clearly exercises, unlike her mom.
Also, she seemed to be fairly quiet and unassuming.
Given the home she came from, she seems to be using her plum education and career opportunities wisely.
I agree. I think she is just "growing up". The shape of my face changed ALOT from 19-23 years of age. It became more defined and my cheekbones became more prominent. Maybe some of us are late bloomers?
I cant believe how nasty some of the comments are from some of the posters on this thread.

Yes.
2. It was a good job ... nothing too Michael Jackson-ish.
Yes, but she has started down the road early. You never just have one job. Each additional job just makes things worse....
3. She's pretty now. Not model or movie star pretty, but definitely pretty.
Uhhhh..... hmmmmm....errrrr....
....well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder :-)
I think she looks pretty...
I agree, I always felt sorry for her..she didn't ask for those parents and she didn't ask for those looks. You go Chelsea!! You look great!! I just wish you could have a little surgery done on your DNA structure. Can't make those parents look any better!!
That doctor's a big, fat liar (or he thinks we're stupid). That is a brand, spanking new chin.
Those Web Hubble lips will never need enhancing, that's for sure.
I underwent the same sort of changes. I was always rather cheeky until I hit 21 to 23.
I have a question about having PS at this young age or any age for that matter. I would think that you would need more work done in a few years. People change as they get older and I wonder how the PS would be affected. I think having such "drastic" work done at 24 means she will have to continue work every 5 years or so. How does it hold up?
I have no idea...I'm not a fan of it myself, though I feel its a personal decision and if a new nose/boobs/chin/face is what you want, then hey - go for it :)
I dont understand the new craze with teenagers (15,16,17,18) having plastic surgery..thats just WRONG in my opinion.
I think the Chelsea attacks here are totally uncalled for. Who cares what she looks like? Like you say, the poor girl has had to suffer with that embarassment of a father. She should be pitied, if anything. I think she has turned out remarkably well adjusted, which is to her credit. These attacks are simply mean-spirited, and smack of the tactics so often used by the left. I simply will not engage in it.
But I think she's quite attractive, as long as you don't remember from whom she issues.
Hope they don't forget to liposuc her ankles, too.
She's still at least six beers.
She has had liposuction on those cheeks for sure.
And I thought it just for butts and thighs.
Looks to me as if she went under a Knife, Hammer and Chisel job on the lower half of her face. From cheek to jowl.
She better just leave it at that and stay away from Michael Jackson.
I agree and was one of the first last week to say she looks great (that one picture was taken during the unveiling of the portraits at the WH).
But what is beyond aggravating and infuriating is the bald-faced lying, including hauling out doctors to inform us that we ought not believe our lying eyes. Then they have to go on and on and on as if she's the most beautiful woman in the world now.
Could they tamp down the hyperbole if not the outright lying?!
