So, now Slick is into mysticism. Will it ever end?
My daughter and I just watched it together, with hubby hearing in background. We have concluded that he was probably a good son, as his mother did say in the clip shown.
Hubby joins in,"had a great opportunity, but was too self absorbed". Won't say more. It annoys him to talk about Clinton. LOL
We agree, he had the opportunity to have a great presidency . He had everything going for him, peace, economy, everything handed to him by Reagan and GHW Bush.
Greatness comes from within. He didn't have it. Very sad.
I honestly don't know. It just scares me that so many can't see through this BS.
EXCELLENT work on that clintoon book cover parody pic! :^D
one of Hillary's girlfriends is a neighbor. She left them out on the table after they had a good chuckle over them. They were next to the records for this little land deal, White something.
There was some relatively famous quote that Bush said of Clinton: (paraphrase)
So much promise. So much potential. So much waste.
Sad, but true.
Just pray that the younger generation that watches this gets sick to their stomach!
Actually, he doesn't seem to bother me nearly as much now that he's no longer president. I used to go crazy and have to turn off the TV or leave the room. I realize he's probably still dangerous, but currently he seems to be the biggest danger to Kerry and the dems.
Unfortunately, great presidencies seem to come out of adversity. He basically had the country on cruise control.
I was disturbed by Dan Rather. The interview was awful! This was a 'fluff' piece and he didn't win any points from me for being either at times encouraging, breathless, charmed, buddy-buddy or half asleep. There was NO followup at all which indicated to me Rather didn't either care or was ignorant of the facts. In this vein, I particularly was aghast over the lack of further questions dealing with both the 'Rich Pardon' and the accusation over Clinton's denial over being offered bin Laden by the Sudanese. There were many others.
This was ca-ca poo-poo.
I stopped watching "60 Minutes" years ago, and even if I were a regular watcher, you can be sure that tonight my screen would be silent. Still, some of our fellow citizens just can't get enough of B.C. No matter what he did, does, said, or says, they sit around waiting for more.
Happy Father's Day from the degenerates at CBS.
Nope, nope. Do not go there!
I refuse to be associated with these people, in any way, simply by having been born close to the time they entered this world.
Sorry. Not gonna have it.
LOL! Did you take the little White-youmaycallit too?
Flipped over to CNBC to hear Dan Rather tell Tina Brown all the behind the scenes tidbits. Oh Tina, that house in Chappaqua really feels like a home....and Oh Tina, I think that marriage is rock solid, they're so comfortable together. Oh Tina, he has a gym, it's small but very well equipped. blah, blah, blah.
clinton is a perfect example of the type of president government produces. No responsibility, no sense of direction, no self-regulation. Costly, difficult to get rid of, and forever wanting more.
"You know if it wasn't for Monica Lewinsky, we might have gotten to the bottom of Chinagate...Sometimes I wonder if it wasn't the greatest Wag the Dog of all time on their part."
I think that is what the documentary and book release is all about now. Concentrate media focus and obsession with his deviant presidency. By keeping the focus on the lower part of Clinton's anatomy the media believes it can divert the electorate from reviewing foreign and domestic policy of the democrat party.
Attempting to keep the electorate focused on scandals of Bill/Hill/Monica is supposed to keep us away from Somalia/USS Cole/Pardons/WTC bombing 1/Kohbar towers, ad infinitum.
I pray that this is a 9/10 tactic in a 9/11 world.
Thanks, Howlin for the ping - I cannot watch either one of the Clintons without parsing every word that foams from their duplicitous mouths.
I agree....he must be driving the sKerry people mad! He can't stand to be out of the spotlight.
Colombia is the oldest democracy in Latin America. I wear this bracelet on my arm, and I have since June, because it was given to me by native Indians there, who live in an area dominated by the narco-traffickers and the terrorists. 35% of their land is now in the control of those people. Can you imagine your reaction if even one American State lost control of 35% of its territory to terrorists and drug runners? So we have a big stake in that.
