Kerry's toast!
Go Post!
This tactic comes out of the knowledge that the Dims control the matrix. ( mainstream news )
The Blame Game
Let's do "Kerry"
Kerry, Kerry, Bo-Berry,
Bonana-fana, Fo-Ferry
Me-my-mo-Merry
Kerrrrrrrry
It is interesting. You know the old saying: If your opponent is doing something stupid, don't interrupt."
The more conservative media are sitting quietly. The left leaning media is trying to get him to close his yap. If Kerry does move on to another issue, I wonder what it will be? All the primary issues are disappearing.
Healthcare is a likely target.
Stick a fork in Chisel Head, he's done. The DIMS need to bring back Screamin Deaner! He, at least, was funny. Hanoi John is about as interesting as a bag of hammers.
This article slams Dubya big time on his economic policy without really stating facts to back them up...just another hanoi john koolaid drinker writing it.
The Washington Post is doing the Hildabeast's bidding - cutting down Kerry to make sure he doesn't win.
LOL, the author just could not help himself. He tried to write an objective article about the economy and executive policy but could not resist the evil Republican myth.
It must be tough being a committed lunatic.
Oh no, his effort to portray the economy as the worst since the Great Depression, and especially his new "Misery Index" keyphrase (John, that was Jimmy Carter) are right on target. He MUST continue telling the American voter that the economy is terrible and that unemployment benefits must be extended (he was for that before he didn't vote for it 'cause he wasn't there). I am disappointed that he stopped calling companies that move overseas "Benedict Arnolds". He MUST make the American people understand that if we don't vote for him, we're all gonna die, hungry, cold and homeless if we don't for for him in November! Americans are stupid and only learn by frequent repetition!
BTW, did ya'll know Kerry's a Vietnam vet? He's SOOOOOO modest. Must have learned it in those French boarding schools.
"Most of all, the Bush economic program is based on the big lie that endless tax cuts are necessary to sustain economic growth..."
The Post is guilty of advising Kerry to do one thing then they go ahead and do that very thing themselves!!!
Me neither! Dontcha love it when they eat their own. Not only is credibility going to be an issue, but the issue of an AWOL Kerry is starting to gain some steam.
I've thought since the first time I saw the Kerry record on Senate votes (not just this year) that it would grow to be an issue. Americans may be divided on philosophy and issues, but no one likes someone who lays out of work. This one issue could very easily hand Kerry a hearty butt whoopin' in November. The Bushies will probably pull this one out sometime around the convention.
Tony,
How did you find this article? Is it on their web page? I noted that, when I clicked the link, the article isn't in the WashPost webpage format. Was it picked up from another paper which carried the article?
I've seen this several times before and am just curious where it came from.
Total denial of the real facts. I saw him in a campaign stop on FOX yesterday, and he was trying to talk down everything good about the country. What a moron.
For Kerry, the danger in playing this economic blame game is that voters will come to see him as no different than a president who has used exaggeration and selective use of facts to justify a war against Iraq. Rather than offering a contrast to the Republicans' highly partisan, attack-dog approach to political discourse, Kerry mimics it -- potentially turning off moderate, independent voters. And in terms of making a compelling economic case against Bush, it is wholly unnecessary.
Well, apparently we only see this in the Post because they want to warn Kerry and give him advice. There's the part at the bottom that says that Bush's tax cuts are responsible for the evil "growing gap between the rich and the poor." ~barf~ And, of course, Bush has made no progress in protecting the solvency of Social Security and Medicare-- This article is to benefit Kerry, although it pretends to say something good about Bush. (I could've posted the Post's comments, but was concerned whether ti would be OK to do so.)
Endless tax cuts are needed because they follow endless tax increases pushed through by the left.
"...the Bush economic program is based on the big lie that endless tax cuts are necessary to sustain economic growth."
So it turns out this Pearlstine character is no different; only his LIES are different.
The article was clearly written by a democRAT who wants Bush to lose and is frustrated that Kerry isn't doing the job. The thrust of the entire article can be summarized as follows: "Kerry you fool, your lies aren't working. Use these lies instead!"
The only one who I wish had misfired was Kerry's dad.
