TELLING THE TOOTH Despite a temporary loss of wrinkles, Senator John Kerry denied claims earlier this year that he underwent Botox treatments. But there's no denying the aftereffects of a piece of cosmetic work he had done yesterday. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee emerged from a morning of seclusion in Washington with two new pearly-white-capped teeth at a airport rally in Atlantic City. The noticeably improved smile is not only bright, it corrects the angled teeth and one prior miscolored cap. Ever coy, Kerry aides said he had the crown replaced on his right front tooth (previously lost in a hockey injury) and a new crown placed on the lesser tooth beside it (the focus of a recent root-canal procedure). Other than that, the aides insist he had his teeth cleaned but not whitened. Still, the high-wattage smile was apparent as Kerry headed off by helicopter for a fund-raiser at the home of rock star Jon Bon Jovi, himself the veteran of a canine cap job.

We now know more about what's IN Kerry's mouth than what's coming out of it.
Kerry keeps saying he has a plan for this and a plan for that. Ok, Kerry, what, exactly, are the details of ANY of those plans?
Why isn't the media hounding Kerry for details and specifics? I don't care whether he's whitened his teeth; I want to know what he details plan is for fighting terrorism, expanding the economy, improving border security, scrutinizing foreign cargo shipped into the US, etc., etc., etc.
The media are walnut-shell-gaming--giving idiotic minutia so the difficult questions to/about Kerry don't get asked.
As ugly as he is - this is going to be a long drawn out process!

This may explain why Kerry had to have his picture taken against the doors leading into the Reagan Library and thus disrupted the line so his photographer could take over.
I don't have a problem with Kerry having cosmetic dental work done. Botox-like treatments, however, . . . .
Didn't Gore have a whole bunch of dental work on his lower teeth during the campaign?...I recall a thread about it..
So what. You think Ronald Reagan didn't have any gray hair? Welcome to the 21st centruy where politicians are celebrities and celebrities are politicians. Anyone think a guy as ugly as Abe Lincoln gets elected if he ran today? How about a guy with wooden teeth?
Now if only Kerry could make over the insides...

And .. proving once again that the dems only see the outward person and have no idea what kind of person Kerry is on the inside. That's why they continue to put forth the worst candidates who have no substance.
First botox, then teeth caps. Next Kerry will be stuffing a sock down his pants.

Of course he's going for a record and why not. He already holds one record.First and only Vietnam vet to earn three Purple Hearts in less than four months. And he lived to tell about it again and again and again. Not to mention one silver star. Believe it or not.
They can put all the lipstick they want on that pig. I still think Dubya will trounce him in a landslide.
If John Kerry had faced the Botox needle during his time in Vietnam, he would have four Purple Hearts...
