I was at a charity event last fall with Tom DeLay and almost every elected official in Ft Bend County. DeLay only had three Capital Hill cops with him, HOWEVER I could count 40+ concealed handgun holders in the crowd. Being that you too live in Texas security may be better than what you see.
As well they should be worried. They most likely have something to hide.
I don't think there's a single mosque anywhere in the U.S. that doesn't have at least one of these terrorist wannabe's in it.

No, but light years beyond "Red Rabbit", which was downright boring. I didn't care much for "Rainbow Six" either, but I did like "The Bear and The Dragon", as it was a return to his military techno thriller genre, more like "Red October" or "Red Storm Rising" (my personal favorite, it would have made a great movie, at least before Ronald Reagan felled the Evil Empire)

If we get attacked one more time here at home, there aren't enough troopers to stop millions of Americans declaring their own brand of Jihad.
MPLS may very well have the largest population of Somali's. I know they're everywhere, especially downtown parking ramps as well as the malls.
The Hmong community is about to add another 5k-8k in refugee's soon.
I remember when Warsame was arrested his wife was sitting there saying he was innocent. Then the guy admitted what and who he was. The wife, as well as the guy representing the Somali community both became pretty damn quiet.
City Center Mall. That is my guess for the target. Nets to the State House. Close to the Federal Building. It has an underground parking facility (mentioned in the press conference IIRC).
I and my family frequent that area quite often. Anyone who doesn't think the WOT is taking place all around them is crazy.
As a voting bloc, they are for civil rights, against abortion and homosexual marriage.
The majority of them work hard. But, many of them are just punks. I too am concerned about the terrorist threat. It just seems that MN-nice assumes we won't get hit....

Well, we don't want it to happen. I think it can be prevented if the crazies knew for certain what the immediate consequences would be. And I'm not talking about what gummint would do, for that's almost predictable and in no way would it prevent another act of terrorism here -- or further attacks on a continuing basis.
The crazies are content with a tit for tat continuing battle of attrition in the mideast and in the other 14 nations the crazies are currently doing battle with. And governments there are willing to allow it.
Is that something our government is going to allow here? I hope not.
Is that something the general population here is going to allow? I don't think so.
Seems to me our government and the population should be getting their heads together on this before something happens. Wouldn't want the people butting heads with the government on what to do after an attack.

And as far as the number of Hmong refugees, it's very frustrating to know that nobody in gov't actually knows how many are coming.

Well if there were only to be on attack, I'd say an oil refinery was more likely. Of course there's nothing to say they won't go for more than one, so both are entirely possible.
