CSPAN is showing a shot of the motorcade ....and you should see the crowds along the route.

would have been a nice touch if they had played Ray Charles' "America"..

I thought about that, too, but man, would the liberals have been wailing about that! Much better to show Ray singing it for President Reagan at his Inauguration, then it's crystal-clear that Ray intended it to be for the Reagans.

"Dear, I would look kind of young next to Mickey Rooney."

LOL! I think a LOT of us would!

They vote because they live in the past. They remember Roosevelt and Truman, and they cannot understand that their party has been taken over by anti-American leftists.

My own mother is the same way. She cannot understand why I am voting Republican. She thinks things are the same as they were in the 40's.

They still think it's the "party of the people" I guess. They missed the fact that the Dim party has gone so far left that it's soon going to keel over...thankfully.

Don't need one, I guess.

As much as the 'laws are for little people' attitude of much of the government on all levels, this is one time it doesn't bother me at all.

MSNBC just showed four horseman in an open field. Ron would have liked that.

For a time, Reagan transcended that. However, the Democratic Party was careful to reinforce the notion that the Republicans were the party of greedy piracy.

It is a generational thing that, like the black vote, we shall not see pass into history until the New Deal generation passes as well.

Be Seeing You,

Chris
