It sure wasn't, not at all.

Did anyone else notice Arnold cross himself? I was baptized Greek Orthodox (though brought up Catholic), and that looked like one for the Eastern Church. I noticed that. It wasn't the way Catholics cross themselves. Maybe he was nervous?

Such a persoal moment...I have to admit that that is the point where I broke...when Nancy laid her head down to give "Ronnie" that last hug I just lost it.
Such a beautiful ceremony....may he rest in peace...
GOD Bless.

You are doing a great service with the photos. Thanks! Ronald Reagan WAS the president of the Screen Actors Guild. Hollywood helped in WWII ... maybe they can pull it off again. We can hope.

I was very saddened that Patti and Ron did not include Michael in that hug that they rushed to give their mother. Neither inherited their father's large heart and capacity to love. I don't think that's fair. Ron stepped back and put his arm on Michael to let him in.

Softly and tenderly Jesus is calling. This is addictiing, I could listen all nite. wonder if there is a cd with all these great hymns on it. I learned to play piano with these hymns. Used to play them all day long.

I went to a full out blubber when they handed Nancy the flag & she went to the coffin. I am supposed to be somewhere now, but cannot drive in this state. My eyes are red, swollen & my shirt is wet with tears! Yes, I've got to head back into work after watching that moving internment service. My wife was blubbering also and she blubbered all over me.
Ooops some of these tears are mine....

Reagan, Thatcher, Poe John Paul II - the three leaders of the West soon to pass from this life. To Valinor, across the sea. Tolkien was prescient, I think. Very moving post. May that beautiful California sunset, please God, not be a precursor.

Believe what is happening that Republicans that have been in Hollywood are now coming forward -- not just Arnold, Bruce Willis, and the action guys but some of the others.
Even Britney Spears went after that fat buffoon whose name I refuse to mention but is a producer of attack films against Pres Bush.

Who is the guy in the pic under Pat Sajack?
To: BunnySlippers
Okay people. I am totally emotionally spent. I'm off to watch a light-hearted romatic comedy. Night- night.

I love west coast sunsets. However, there is nothing better than a sunrise here on the Atlantic coast.

Indeed, we weren't waiting for it and as such, it had a much greater shock value, hence all the comments.

At some time tonight, this thread should be locked and saved for history. Just my humble opinion.
