What makes you say that? I would think his ego would tolerate nothing less.

highly doubtful. Clinton will have a state funeral. He doesn't feel he has done anything wrong.

Let's hope not.
There wasn't a landslide vote for Bill. Ever!
But I do know what you mean.

Probably the reason he hasn't done his funeral plans yet, is he's waiting to see how all the old Republicans are doing theirs, so he can do his better!

YUCK!!!

Clinton will forego a state funeral for the same reason as Nixon.

You are out of your friggin' mind if you believe that.

You just made my day! I had to work two jobs today, so I've missed everything up until this motorcade

I had to work too!I listened to the service on the radio and was

weeping without the images. With all this outpouring of love I

need to get an extra box of tissue. It is after all these

years the truth of love the people had for this President

being shown.Time hasn't erased that, only enforced it all the more!

The opposite stopping has shocked and frustruated the media leftists.

It may really gall them to say nice things now in death when they were so filled with venomous words when Reagan was alive.

A tiger is a tiger and will act like a tiger.

(I am currently respecting FR posting guidelines in type, but not in yelling at my television.)

Good on you.

After he is laid to rest, we can have a good go-around with the pukes.

I plan to stay up late for that.

I popped into CBS after reading your comment. It's a yuck fest talking about how much time Reagan took off work.

I love that hymn too . . .

I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear falling on my ear
The Son of God discloses.

And He walks with me, and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.

He speaks, and the sound of His voice,
Is so sweet the birds hush their singing,
And the melody that He gave to me
Within my heart is ringing.

I’d stay in the garden with Him
Though the night around me be falling,
But He bids me go; through the voice of woe
His voice to me is calling.

Amen. Literally. I am supposedly the right demographic and I can't STAND the happy clappy service and contemporary music. Give me "My Faith Looks Up to Thee" any day.
