Thursday, June 10, 2004 10:57 p.m. EDT Bush Camp: LA Times Poll Loaded with Dems The Bush campaign is accusing the Los Angeles Times of loading up its latest presidential survey with Democrats in order to show Sen. John Kerry with a 51 to 44 percent lead. "Be very careful in reporting Los Angeles Times poll," Bush strategist Matthew Dowd warned ABC News. "It is a mess." "Bush is leading independents by three, ahead among Republicans by a larger margin than Kerry is ahead among Dems, and we are down by seven," Dowd said, noting the math doesn't add up. Calling the distortion "outrageous," he accused the Times of oversampling Democrat by a margin of 10 to 12 percent."
Why did the Times even bother releasing such an obviously shoddy poll?
It is the same thing they did with Arnold. They had Bustemonte beating Arnold by 10 point 2 days before the election.
What makes you think they are going to vote for Kerry ?
Yes, this is to make the massive popular vote fraud that occured last time plausible again this year. They can point to this cooked poll and support the crooked numbers that way.
We have a republican governor, did you forget ?
It's democrat math - It doesn't have to add up.
Obsessive-compulsive liars can't help themselves.
Let the RATS get overconfident and stop donating to the Kerry campaign. The poll will probably scared up a million dollars for Bush in extra campaign donations.
Frankly, any poll that comes from the LA Slimes is a campaign flyer for the democRATS. In California, they didnt want the recall and the polled and polled and tried to use the phony data to shape public opinion.

Don't count on the Hispanic vote going to Kerry by too big a margin, Bush will campaign with his Mexican relatives like he did in 2000.
Polls Apart Schwarzenegger isn't as far behind as he seems.

In a campaign as short as California's recall election, small events can have larger effects on the race. That seems to be happening with The Los Angeles Times poll released on Sunday, which shows Democratic Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante with a 35% to 22% lead over Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger. The internal polls of both candidates have the race much closer, but those haven't been publicly released.
The Times's poll caught journalists by surprise and generated a gusher of media attention. But not all that attention has portrayed an accurate picture, and future polls are also likely to distort what's really happening, so let's take a few moments to analyze what this poll can (and cannot) tell us
They did this all through the mayoral recall. They had Bustamante consistently leading Arnold. And Arnold won in a landslide. I remember the hooplah over their sampling at that time.
Everything the demoncrats do backfires on them. Keep the faith, Bush might win CA.
The LAT conducted and released this fraudulent poll in an effort to neutralize any Reagan-inspired Bush bump and create momentum for kerry.
Thanks be to God. The BC04 campaign needs to be making this very point loud and clear, all these polls are oversampling D's bigtime and sometimes Bush is still leading.
