U.S. Charges Australian Linked to al-Qaida
WASHINGTON - An Australian held at the Navy's prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, will face a military tribunal for allegedly training and fighting alongside members of al-Qaida in Afghanistan (news - web sites), the Pentagon (news - web sites) announced Thursday.
We are the "Stotters" who make ourselves aware of the enemy who wishes to do us harm

"And I also wonder if TB2000 ever posts information that they get from other sites into there private section."
Of course they do. There are few "sanctimonious" members over there who feel that what they post is theirs only and what you post is also theirs only. But, the majority of the posters over there are good people. I posted about Mubarak's rumored death and the moderator first added "Unfounded Rumor" to the title. Anyone who read the post would have known it was rumor, but I pointed out it was not unfounded. So the moderator deleted his first edit and instead put "He's Alive" at the end of the title to my post. Go figure.
I guess I should clarify something. I personaly appreciate those who post and say...There was a big flash and bang near my house last night. I don't even mind a occasional and quick mention of the Aussie Bloke thing..(Like once a week). But I agree that we are not here to debate every facit of such a "Bloke". Then we look really tin foily. Same thing goes for putting up everyones Prophecy predictions. Where does that end and what could possibly be made of it.
I repent!

I really don't think anyone has lost their focus here. It has been very slow the last few days with little information or news directly related to the terrorists to post. The only alternative would be to sit idly and stare at our monitors and wait for something to hit the news wires.
The worst thing, and I really mean the worst thing we can do is to begin to take ourselves too seriously. In saying that, I am not demeaning everyone's intentions and efforts, but pride goeth before the fall.
As far as Labyrinthos' brief interruption...I have to say that I have seen him do this on more than one occasion (we all have), without ever offering much in the way of information. He seems to show up sporadically with a beef about something, soon Iron Eagle shows up, they stir the pot, then leave. What's the point?
What a tangled can of worms.

Isn't that the truth. I have read this 3 times and am still lost.
They have stated several times that they will interrupt our oil supply as one of their strategies in bringing us down. That may be part of the reason we have 10 carrier groups out.
I interpret this post as having a dual purpose.
I believe it is referring to events both in SA and the US.
Stay safe and vigilant!!!
That's interesting Swarthy Guy.
Hey...The horse is OK, but the Girl could definately could get me off track...LOL

Travel Warning
United States Department of State
Bureau of Consular Affairs
Washington, DC 20520
This information is current as of today, Thu Jun 17 2004 18:17:36 GMT-0700.
Saudi Arabia
June 17, 2004
This Travel Warning is being updated to include recent targeted attacks against American citizens, resulting in deaths, injuries and a kidnapping, and to remind American citizens of the continuing serious threat to their safety while in Saudi Arabia . This Travel Warning supersedes that of April 15, 2004 .
The Department of State continues to warn U.S. citizens to defer travel to Saudi Arabia . Private American citizens currently in Saudi Arabia are strongly urged to depart. On April 14, 2004, due to security concerns, the Department of State ordered the departure of family members and non-emergency employees of the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Saudi Arabia .
U.S. citizens are reminded of the potential for further terrorist actions against U.S. citizens abroad, including in the Persian Gulf region. U.S. citizens who travel to, or remain in, Saudi Arabia despite this Travel Warning should register at the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh or at the Consulates in Jeddah and Dhahran, and enroll in the warden system (emergency alert network) to obtain updated information on travel and security in Saudi Arabia . Warden messages can be found on the U.S. Embassy Riyadh website: http://usembassy.state.gov/riyadh/.
The U.S. Government continues to receive credible information indicating that extremists are planning further attacks against U.S. and Western interests. Terrorists have taken at least one American citizen hostage and have recently killed others in shooting attacks. Terrorists also attacked residential housing compounds using vehicle bombs in 2003 and 2004, resulting in numerous deaths and injuries, including to American citizens. Credible information indicates that terrorists continue to target residential compounds in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Riyadh area, but also compounds throughout the country. Recent incidents indicate that American citizens residing in private residences are also being specifically targeted.
From time to time, the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Saudi Arabia may restrict the travel of official Americans or suspend public services for security reasons. In those instances, the Embassy and Consulates will keep the local American citizen community apprised through the Warden System and make every effort to provide emergency services to U.S. citizens. The U.S. Mission in Saudi Arabia continues to prohibit its American employees and their dependents from traveling to residential compounds in the Riyadh area from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
As the Department continues to develop information on any potential security threats to U.S. citizens overseas, it shares credible threat information through its Consular Information Program documents, available on the Internet at http://travel.state.gov. U.S. travelers can also get up-to-date information on security conditions by calling 1-888-407-4747 in the U.S. or Canada or on a regular toll line at 1-317-472-2328.
U.S. citizens should also consult the Department of State's Consular Information Sheet for Saudi Arabia, the Worldwide Caution Public Announcement, and Middle East and North Africa Public Announcement at http://travel.state.gov.

I Realize that not everyone over there is like that. Obviously -since some of you are here and are not like that at all. But the moderators are the ones who determine the direct the boards go in over there. And there must be plenty who agree with the moderators or else the mods would have a very difficult time. Hench...as a group...the mods define the over all appearance of the group.
There is / are no scientific sources for a physical change in the rotational poles, if that is what you are talking about. A lot of interest in gathering on magnetic pole flips, but that is different from crustal (tectonic) shifts.
I'm not sure that is too viable a method. A warhead big enough to to deliver a high explosive or a WMD (let's call it a nuke and not a binary chemical warhead--no spin to shatter dividers) is also big enough to produce an almost instantaneous "signature" sure to be picked up by either AWACS or a satellite or perhaps NORAD. You list the range as a couple of hundred miles. That would make it possible for the weapon to be intercepted a number of ways.
I think the Jihadists need a "sure thing" this time. They cannot risk detection or interception. Such would make 911 look too much like a fluke or a lucky sucker punch against an unsuspecting and sleeping giant. A launch from a couple of hundred miles wouldn't require a GPS. There would be internal guidance systems. It'd have to be a very sophisticated weapon. You're not talking about a simple shoulder fired STINGER that will lock-on to the heat signature of it's target. Those have a limited range and a small payload.
