Not only that, but who will play Clinton's grieving widow?
My heart goes out to Mrs. Reagan whenever I see her. She looks so alone. But even in her obvious grief, she remains every inch the great lady she has always been.
Because Reagan planned his own funeral, we should not be surprised that Clinton was ommitted from the ceremonies.
Another change was made by the Reagan family. They requested the placement of a pair of the president's own boots, reversed, in the stirrups of the riderless horse that marched down Constitution Avenue in his funeral procession.
That's why NO rat was invited to speak at his funeral. Especially the rat clintoon.
We respect the office.
We abhor the individual.

If I recall correctly, Bill Clinton was impeached and because of that I wonder, when his time comes, if he will be allowed a State Funeral.
Neither of them were convicted.

Read the quote I copied. Do a web search. Johnson was tried for impeachment. He was not impeached.

I did. The writer of the quote is in error.
I look at Reagan's state funeral as a final gesture of courtesy on his part. I am intensely grateful that he chose a state funeral, because without all these events going on, without the opportunity to mourn and say goodbye in a personal way, I would have felt cheated. He is giving the people who love him the chance to celebrate his life, and to gain some sense of closure from our loss.
Then so is every other site I looked at not to mention the book "Profiles in Courage." I guess the world is wrong and you are right, huh?
I note you failed to back your claim up with a single fact. You wouldn't be a liberal by chance?
